“Exceptional Service Saved Our Staycation at W Hotel”
Our staycation at W Hotel started beautifully—the property is stunning, immaculate, and perfectly luxurious. Check-in was seamless, and the staff were welcoming and polite. However, once we entered our room, we were startled by sudden, loud drilling noises that felt as if they were right next to us. After contacting reception, we were moved to another room, but unfortunately, knocking sounds persisted. With no resolution, we had to vacate and return to the lobby. That’s when **Manager Lynette** stepped in—and completely turned our experience around. She acted swiftly, listening attentively to our concerns (not just offering scripted replies) and arranged for us to relax at the bar with drinks while she secured a new room. The replacement room exceeded our expectations, not just in comfort but in the level of care Lynette demonstrated. Her meticulous service, problem-solving skills, and genuine dedication to guest satisfaction were truly outstanding. She embodies what it means to go above and beyond in hospitality. Thanks to Lynette, the rest of our stay was flawless. While the initial issue was disappointing, her professionalism and kindness made all the difference. It’s staff like her who make W Hotel exceptional, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend it to others. **Thank you, Lynette, for making our stay memorable!**

“Such a wonderful experience at W Sentosa”
My partner and I recently celebrated our anniversary at the W Hotel, and we had a truly wonderful experience. The atmosphere of the room is vibrant and stylish, with modern decor that immediately sets a relaxing tone. Special thanks to the hotel staff for my special request to decorate the room which elevates the atmosphere. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and offered stunning views of the city. The amenities were top-notch, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the elegant furnishings to the thoughtful touches in the room, making our anniversary feel even more memorable. Overall, the W Hotel provided an exceptional experience, and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and fun getaway. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and with beautiful memories of our special day.

“Enjoyable stay at W Singapore”
We stayed for 3 nights at W Singapore. Overall experience was great. Staff was polite and check in/out process was fast and seamless. Hotel room was clean and spacious for 3 of us. The view from our balcony was superb especially in the morning. Housekeeping staff were friendly and greeted us whenever we bumped into them along the corridor. We enjoyed the S'mores session during our hotel stay where we got to BBQ marshmallow near the poolside. It was a simple service provided by the hotel but it added fun memories to us. The pool was great, especially the water slide. Meal options are plentiful around the hotel's vicinity especially with Quayside Isle just next to the hotel. The Sentosa Bus B picks up guests directly from the hotel, adding even a greater convenience for us to explore the island during the day. There was one small incident at the water slide though. The staff managing the water slide gave the cue to my children to slide down. Later did we know that there was a small boy inside the water slide. My older child only noticed the small boy while sliding down at a fast speed and he could not stop. He knocked onto the small boy and both went into the water. The young boy cried but thankfully he was not hurt much. My child was also taken aback and was very shocked. It may be good for the hotel to remind the staff attending the water slide to always ensure that a guest must slide down and into the water before allowing the next guest to take the slide. Otherwise, accidents may occur. Nevertheless, we had a great and memorable stay at W Singapore. Thank you to all the staff.

“Exceptional Resort”
We stay at many five-star resorts and hotels, especially around Asia, and the W Singapore is one of the outstanding ones. The resort is large and beautifully presented. Large outdoor spaces around the pool lead to a big green area. This resort has everything you need for an incredibly relaxing, luxurious stay. Kudos to Chef Rene and his team. The food, quality, presentation, and selection are second to none. We loved our suite. It was spacious and had everything we needed. I would prefer a different sofa, as it seemed to be more aesthetic rather than comfortable for a longer stay, but overall, it was a true five-star experience. The area next door has many excellent restaurants. We walked back after a nice Mexican meal, and a local Singaporean woman in her early 30s had a large dog that went for my wife. When I asked why she had such a big dog in a crowded restaurant area, she said, "Go home to your own country." That was an unexpected, racist experience. I am a white Western man, and I was with my Thai wife and two small boys, who were very confused by her statement. This had nothing to do with the W; we had four great days in Singapore.

“Awesome staff and great location ”
It's our yearly stay with W hotel and each year the service just got better and better. Right from the check-in staff, Jim and up to the other staff who helped us with the cleaning of the rooms and providing us with all the basic necessities we required. Kudos to the whole team at W Hotel. Everyone should at least try this hotel at least once in their lifetime.. it's worth every dollar spent!
