W South Beach ????”
The hotel room is not 100% upto my expectation. Especially room housekeeping quite bad for a 5 stars hotel. There are many choices in Miami Beach and this is simply not good enough.

So close but falls short”
Interesting hotel where the people that want to be seen stay. The rooms are average many with small issues. The stall is aloof and while they trip over themselves to tell you they will help they do nothing without a tip. As always there are one or two exceptions. We got invited to a W insider cocktail party. There are supposed to be people assigned to help you during the stay. Who Knew? Even when I said I had no idea about the pro ram they did little to educate me or find out who my insider was. The remote communications with the hotel was terrible. I emailed them twice no response. The concierge separately promised to email me never did. The housekeeping is comical. They don’t replace the towels or the amenities throughout the day, at one point someone came to fix the shower stood all over the bathroom mats with outside shoes and did not replace them. Stay there for the facility but not the service.

Spacious rooms with a great view!”
The room and its amenities were terrific. View of the beach and sunset from our deck with two super comfy chairs. Water and chocolates at turn down. A spacious, two sink bathroom with a fabulous shower (with three sprays and a handheld). However, I didn't care for the scent that filled the air, in the rooms, elevators and public areas. It was overwhelming and sickly-smelling, like a cheap perfume. We had hoped for early check in, as we arrived at about 12:30, but the room wasn't ready until just minutes before 4pm. At least we had a great room once we finally were able to get settled.

Horrendous ”
I was overcharged from my card without my authorisation or knowledge from the property. I was charged by services and goods that didn’t consumed and others that I paid in Cash!!! When acknowledge the problem at check out, the manager told me that they can do whatever they want charging you based on “SPENDING PATRONS!!!” I would rather stay in other properties from now on like the 1 hotel or the setai where there is not criminals like in the W souTh beach !!

Pricey but great fun and TOP class water view ”
Pros - large rooms, lots of the rooms view ocean directly, service staff were excellent, fun/music by the pool and modern style. Cons - check in was curt and unhelpful, as a guest you felt you were inconveniencing them. Early check out (rarely flexible) and later Tham expected check in time (4pm and forgot to call us) - all of this is largely negated bc hotel provides an amenity suite to change in - this was dusty and on poor condition. Food/drinks are slightly above the already inflated South Beach prices - but that's expected at a W hotel.

Hotel with class right on the south beach”
We have a very nice and well scented room facing the sea. It s a perfect and 5-star hotel quality with cozy music in the lobby and friendly staffs. The only problem were that it took us almost half an hour to get out luggage and our valet coming. The rest are perfect!
