They have a confusing reception area for the hotel and their resto bar. The staff have no coordination because we have to wait 45 minutes to check in. They don’t assist hotel guest promptly! Bad experience!

I arrived at 9 pm and the staff has been super kind. The room is spacious and the toilet clean. At the ground floor there is a nice bar good to have a drink!

お値段以上の快適さ！”
お部屋の広さもベッドの大きさも十分で快適！ただファブリーズ？芳香剤？のにおいが我が家的にはきつかったです。(寝に帰るだけだったので苦にはならず。) 3泊しましたが、(女性用の事しかわかりませんが、)シャワーブースとトイレは3つずつあって、他の宿泊客とかち合って使いづらかったということはなかったです。 バストイレは共有スペースにあるドミトリーみたいなところと理解して泊まればお値段以上の快適さです！！ 近くに安くて美味しいモーニングのお店も2軒見つけたし、次回の大阪訪問時にも利用したいと思います。

女子会に使わせていただきました バスタオルやフェイスタオル、スリッパも部屋についており、洗面台には様々なアメニティ、ドライヤー、ヘアアイロンまであり困ることがありませんでした。 枕もふかふかでとても過ごしやすかったです。 また機会があれば利用させていただきます(^^)

シャワーの圧が低く、ぬる目のお湯しか出なかった為かなり寒い思いをしました。 これ以外は割りと快適に過ごす事が出来ました。 部屋にはTVや冷蔵庫が無いのでただ寝るだけの空間になります。

部屋が思ったより広かった。部屋に時計テレビ冷蔵庫は無し。シャワーとトイレは共同。シャワー室にはボディソープとシャンプーのみでトリートメントは無し。タオル 歯ブラシ くし カミソリ スリッパ等は置いてあった。部屋に机椅子があったが机の手元を照らす照明があると良いと思う。枕元にコンセントが2つあるのが良かった。

フロントがとこか分からない、スタッフがいない、BARで貸切パーティをされていたので、宿泊できたのに、受付が居ない、2部屋取ってるのに一部屋しか案内されない、歯ブラシもない、タオルが部屋にない。散々でした。

部屋とシャワールームの掃除が出来ていない。 壁の絵も外れていて見苦しい。 バックルームが丸見え。 下のカフェ＆バーと経営されているのか手が回っていない感じ。 料金が安いので、予め掃除・シーツやタオル交換等宿泊者がするシステムにしてくれた方がまだ良い。

風呂トイレは供用だし、シャンプーとかも置いてあるけど場所によっては補充されてないところもある(シャワーのみ) 一階のカフェ店員がホテルスタッフも兼ねてるらしいけどニヤニヤしてて気分悪かった！ タオルとかはレンタルで別料金取られるので注意してください！冷蔵庫もありません！テレビもないです！部屋にはベットと机とゴミ箱が置いてあるだけ！これで5000円ごえははっきり言っておかしいです！2度と泊まりません！

値段はめっちゃ安いし、駅からも近くてその2点は最高。 玄関入口の前に大量の粗大ゴミ？荷物が置いてあってちょっと幻滅 エレベーター前にも大量の洗濯物が入った袋が残置されていたり、せっかく良い雰囲気売りみたいなのが台無し。 ダブルベッドに枕が1個だけだったり、二人で泊まれる部屋なら２個置いてほしい。 カップルというよりは友達同士とかが良いかもしれない。
