My family and I would like to express our deepest appreciation for the exceptional service rendered by W3 Hotel team. We checked in on 20 November and were originally scheduled to check out on 22 November. However, due to unforeseen circumstances involving continuous heavy rain, gusty winds, and severe flooding, access to and from the hotel became impossible. The road closures also meant that travelling to the airport was not feasible. We stayed for an additional night. Despite the difficulties and uncertainties faced over these days, the staff at W3 Hotel consistently went above and beyond to ensure the comfort and well-being of every guest. For every situation that did not go as planned, your team made every effort to assist us in all possible ways. We would like to acknowledge the Housekeeping team, who maintained our room to a high standard despite the challenging circumstances. They attended to our requests promptly, replenished bottles of much-needed water, and ensured that our stay remained as comfortable as possible. With genuine empathy, the hotel owner graciously provided complimentary breakfast, lunch, and dinner for guests who were stranded. As it was impossible to go outdoors to get food and unsafe for delivery services to reach the hotel, this thoughtful gesture brought great comfort to all of us. Halal food options were made available to cater to the diverse needs of the guests. Our appreciation extends to the Helsinki Restaurant chef and staff, who prepared and presented delicious and flavoursome breakfast, lunch, and dinner throughout this period. They worked tirelessly to ensure meals and cutleries were swiftly replenished, as the restaurant received a continuous stream of guests. Their efficiency, warm service, and dedication to quality were greatly appreciated. Throughout the stay, W3 Hotel team supported us through room calls, WhatsApp communication, and direct assistance at the Front Desk. Their patience, constant updates, and kindness truly stood out. Special thanks go to Front Desk Manager Ms. Duangtida and Front Desk Personnel Ms. Piyanuch. Their professionalism and care made a significant difference during our extended stay. In particular, we deeply appreciate Ms. Piyanuch, who stayed well beyond her duty hours to support her colleague and ensure the well-being of the guests throughout this period.
