Actual payment will be much higher than you think.”
Located exactly inside of Wadi Rum, Friendly local family, Good experience but no more than once.
They charging everything optional. In my case, WadiRum tour 44JD(per person/only 4 sites out of almost 10 sites/I had to sitting on the back of truck), Dinner & breakfast 15JD(Per person/Everyone sharing from 1 pot which is boiled rice with roast chicken), Transport between village and desert camp site 10JD(Per person)which is 2km away from village, if you go to 4km away camp then they charge 20JD each. And they saying "offering" lot more options but actually you can't avoid it mostly. Finally I had to pay 150USD for 2 persons 1 night. Beduin makes fire place inside of tent and cooking as well, smoky smells everywhere after I finished camping, after dogs barking till midnight, when I tried to sleep deeply cocks started from around 3am. You'd better prepare a sleeping bag, I guess matress and blankets never washed or dried under sun rays. extremely stinky.
