great place to stay”

I would love to visit this ryokan again. food was good and staff were very nice. Yufuin station is in 20 min walking distance. If u have big luggage I reccomend gettimg a taxi.

Great Service”

Makes you feel at home location acceptable, but no public transports thus needs to walk to train station the view from my room is block by a water tank, this is the only disapointment as we were there for only one nite and not have the chance to see full view. Hotel was fully booked and not allowed to change. For this price we pay, we are not satisfied. But the service is excellent.

This was surely one of the best hotel experience during my 9~day stay in Japan. People say that Japanese style hotels are often old and not so clean but this is surely very clean and everything is very well organized. Its quiet and situated very close to the lake. The food was absolutely fantastic and staff members were super nice. The onsen facilities were great too. The whole experience was absolutely wonderful. My whole family loved it a lot!

Far from the Station”

Friendly host, clean room and environment, excellent dinner menu! Unfortunately the location is a bit far from the station, it takes around 20mins on foot. Also, there is no curtain for window in the bedroom, room is super bright early at 6am in the morning, had to get up early.

Excellent”

Great hospitality and food is so delicious! We stayed for two nights and dinner and breakfast is different on the two days. Location is a bit remote but since we drive it is fine. Public onsen but nobody was there when we used it. Beautiful scenery!

Amazing Small Osen Hotel ”

I will highly recommend this beautiful hotel, people are so friendly and very amazing Osen area. If you ever visit Yufuinn, this is the choice

There are better hotels”

Kind of far from the walking street. Room appears very stale and old. No smiles from staff. Check in at 3, check out at 10 lol. Saw some other nicer hotels near town center.

overall is good but the English speaking staff was pretty much impolite and looked frustrated during our stay by showing her long face which made us feel fed up.

Best Ryokan Ever”

We recommend this place to every visitor in this place. Perfect service (especially dinner) and nice view. The main alley is 10 minutes far so nearby Ryokan is very quite and calm.

房间很大”

我们从jr站出来拉着行李走到的，我觉得还好，不是很累，走的时候也是走过去的，体力好的人可以走到没问题。房间非常大，公共温泉不是很大，洗澡位置只有三个，但是我泡了2次全都没人，很棒。就是公共温泉的淋浴水有点小，不太冲。有个服务员小姐姐会说中文，服务特别好。

值得體驗的溫泉旅店”

服務的品質非常好，雖然服務人員都是日本在地中年層，雖不用英文溝通，但有誠意的使用翻譯軟體，一句一句翻譯介紹住宿環境、宴會菜餚；建築雖有年份，但非常整潔，推薦有私人浴池的別院，除了絕對隱私，亦能享受到氛圍及窗外由布岳美景。

酒店職員態度和藹親切、有禮貌。早晩餐食物精緻也很好吃。訂了私人風呂無得輸，有獨立屋隨時可以浸好享受！ 但Agoda 訂時應該付HK$2984.85 ，但到付款日銀行收$3134.09，為何突然要付多$150? 這有點取巧！我其他訂的酒店也是如此

老闆娘服務態度親切”

房間很大有年代感，老闆和員工都用語音翻譯軟體溝通，不會日文也ok，服務態度親切。飯店只有7-8間客房，旅客少很安靜，湯屋有2間，有限制1組泡湯時間1小時，也比較不用搶。早餐精緻好吃，但地區偏遠，需自駕比較方便，車站走到旅館要20分鐘，金鱗湖10分鐘，但開窗景色優美，性價比不錯。

所以員工都好友善，會主動問行程同提供協助，雖然唔識講英文 但有翻譯機幫手溝通冇咩問題。早餐晚餐都好好味！性價比極高
