        Bad service”
        I have paid hotel fee through agoda. However, when I checked out this hotel said I had to paid the hotel fee because there is no record. They said they will check the record and refund it day after tomorrow. But there is no reply by day after tomorrow, so I send the email attached my receipt through the agoda customer center. After 3 weeks, I have no reply from this resort. I am so frustrated of this resort and agoda and I will never use these.

        The hotel is ok and within the area is not the most expensive one. As a family trip to hawaii I would think twice before booking days in waikiki. Been in Kauai, Big Island and different city on Oahu. Anything is better than Waikiki. Worth a visit but not the overpriced stay

        Sarento restaurant was fantastic, views of the fireworks from our room, extra towels, supermarket across the road - great spot.
        Staff were friendly and helpful in making bookings. Loved the shops/ restaurants in lobby area. On the whole great stay. Kitchen was great with all you need. Would have liked air conditioning in hallways and lifts. Also change of towels sooner than 4 days as there was limited towel hanging space. It is older slightly older hotel but less crowded and great location.

        Staff are always helpful. For a small price I was able to extend check out. Servicable kitchen with microwave etc. Rooms are large and comfprtable. Internet is complementary though no room service and only once a week complete cleaning. towel change daily. Enjoyed my stay

        Had a studio by Waikiki Marina resort but the hotel is The Ilikai, so The Marina resort is just the second storey. The hotel is located good with restaurants, car hire, bus stops, trolley stops around. Walk to the Ala Moana shopping center takes only 10 min or less. In the studio, I missed only a fan above the stove and some more plates, glasses etc. Free internet is good and staff are friendly, thanks Rollie and others. Pool is ok, but no pool bar and it is not allowed to bring own beer or equal. Tried the Ilikai breakfast. It was a disaster, never have I had a menu breafast before, expensive, if you want to have coffee, juice, bread, eggs etc. We ordered and all orders went wrong, really bad service, did not tried this again, but it was the Ilikai, not the Marina Resort. I am satisfied with the hotel and can recommend it to others.

        das waikiki marina resort befindet sich in einem hochhaus zusammen mit anderen anbietern und ist nicht so gut angeschrieben. reception im 2. stock. wir hatten ein condo mit ausgestatteter küche und balkon im 9. stock, die aussicht auf eine seite hin zum meer war wunderschön. das condo war gut eingerichtet, geräumiges badzimmer mit dusche. auf dem balkon fehlt eine sonnenstore. gratis lokal telefonieren. freundlicher service. sehr gute lage am oberen ende des waikiki beach. italienisches restaurant zuoberst. nur valet parking, 25 usd/tag.

        洗面所の扉のハンドルが取れてすぐに修理に来てくれましたが、やはり扉が開けにくく、とても不安でした。その日の夜にゴキブリが８匹も出てきてびっくり、次の日虫の駆除をしてほしいと頼んだら、ゴキブリホイホイを持ってきて置いていっただけ。シャワーの水も出が悪くてお湯もぬるく風邪をひいてしまいました。 エアコンの音もうるさくて最悪 このホテルには二度ととまりません。

        男一人旅には、コンドミニアムはとても快適です。 アラモアナセンターも近く、センター内にスーパーマーケットもあるので、地元の素材やお惣菜を使って簡単に調理して食するのもいいと思います。キッチン用品は揃っています。 洗濯はフロア内のコインランドリーが使えます。洗剤部屋に2回分ありました。 ワイキキの西の端のほうになるので、ワイキキの中心への移動はバスが必要ですが、いろんな路線バスやトロリーバスが走っていますのでそんなに不便さは感じないです。 アラモアナセンター近くの公園を夜遅くに散歩するのはおすすめできません。

        コンドミニアムだけど、部屋に洗濯機はありません。各階にあり、一回2.5$です。シャンプー、石鹸、ドライヤーなどのアメニティはあります。キッキンには電子レンジ、オーブン、鍋、皿など、一通り揃ってます。家族で行ったので、たすかりました。

        巨大なゴキブリ（10cm近い大きさで、非常に早く動き飛び回る）が部屋に出て凍りついた。ゲストサービスに電話をし、誰かよこして始末してくれるように頼んだが、もう皆帰った、誰もいないと繰り返すのみで（ゲストサービスは空いている時間であり、翌日分かったが当時3名の男性スタッフが勤務していた）全く何もしてくれなかった。この部屋では眠れない、と言っても、何もできないと言い、ゴキブリを始末する事も拒否した。巨大なゴキブリが部屋中を走り回り、吐きそうに気持ち悪く、ベッドの上も走ったかもしれないので、眠る事も出来なかった。There was a gigantic cockroach in the room, and I called the guest service to send someone to kill it. I have never seen the gigantic cockroach in my life, almost 4inches and it was moving around the entire room, circling all four walls and flying back and forth. But, the guest service refused to do anything at all. The guy who answered phone was extremely rude almost deriding the situation I was in. I asked him to send someone to kill it but he refused to do anyting ane repeating that everybody went home, nobody's there. I have never experienced that kind of insuling services. The incident and the guest service guy totally ruined my vacation...

        周辺にレストラン、ショッピングセンター、マーケットも多く使いやすい。
        コナ空港から１５分前後と近く周辺にはレストラン、マーケートが多く有り 利便性は非常に良いかったです。 ホテルはケホヤービーチを予約したのですが工事に入る事になりこちらのホテルに決めましたがロケーション等は正解でした。 部屋も広く使い易かった、ただ残念なのは朝食（ビュッフ）付きでしたが毎日同じメニューにて代わり映えせず、サラダ類がなにも無かった事が非常に残念でした。
