Great place for Tan Son Nhat transfer”
The hotel is conveniently located near SGN (Tan Son Nhat) airport. They provide free transfer from the hotel to airport at anytime of the day. You just inform the receptionist and the car will come in 2-5 minutes. Taxi to airport from the hotel is very hard to get because of near distance; hence, many taxi drivers or grab drivers won’t accept the job. The room is neat, good and big bed. The checkin staff at night on 4 June was kind and nice.

Good place to stay for waiting flight”
- Very close to the airport, can walk (but the hotel provides free shuttle car) - The room is large enough, comfortable, especially the big bed - Comfortable and clean items and WC - Near residential area, eating places, supermarkets are available. In front of the hotel, they have juice smoothie bar - If you use motorbike, you can park it at the hotel

Impressed with how friendly the staff members are. The room is large versus the price. Impressed with the pick up and free ride to the airport. Minus point: feel free to ask for cleaner towels and ask them to do the room if you stay for more than 1 night. Overall experience: positive!!!

It’s ok for transit traveller via Ho Chi Minh for a short time. Actively nice staff! Free pick up and drop off at the airport. But the room is quite dirty, bad smell, dirty mark on towel and air-condition not work.

Frustration with Agoda”
The hotel was fine and closely located to the airport. There are many places to eat and drink near by. But the name of the hotel on Agoda has no relation to the real name of the hotel. While the hotel is accurately shown on google maps, I had to ring to find out where it was because I couldn’t identify it. Agoda you need to get the names right.

Stayed here because close to airport and offer free transportation Property email me to say when get bags to phone and will send driver to piller 10. So phone and told phone when at piller which took couple mins to reach, so phone again told car 10 min, in 10 min have phone call car full wait further 10 min. Ok then car arrived Called luxury apartment that it is not room was dirty boarding pass from 4 days ago still in draw water bottle top in corner, also no free water. When arrived told girl time our flight next morning so she said would need to leave about 11.15 so I asked to book car and was told no problem check out at 11 and book car then. Next morning flight delays but as I thought car not booked till we leave did not think to inform desk So checked out at 11.30 when ask for car told as we didn't take car at 11.15 would have to wait till 12.15 so asked them to get cab which arrived 34 mins later. Si all in all just get own transportation

Book for Car Service, Room is Quite Dated/Feels Dirty”
Car Service is commendable. After calling them, service arrived in 3 mins, and arrived at the location in 3 mins too. Arrived 1am in SGN airport and left the hotel 5am. Got a good 3 hours or so of sleep in between flights. Make sure you have a way to get in touch with them since you need to call them first for them to pick you up. Here is their number: +84 888 467 222 (as of today). The receptionist is warm and can speak English. The room that I got was at 4th floor; it is spacious for one person (two beds actually) but it smells and feels filthy. I had reservations about the blanket and towel. You can say the building/hotel is not well-maintained. I guess that's what you get for the price... I think i practically paid for the cost of airport pickup/dropoff.

Pros: Free transportation from airport (make sure you contact hotel before depart so that they can arrange transportation for you), staff can speak English, near to airport(about 8 minutes), lots of local food stall nearby Cons: No change of bed linen, the hotel's name is different as shown in Agoda(be aware) , far from tourist attractions(30minutes by taxi to night market)

Very difficult to find. Couldn't find this place on Google Maps anywhere. Once we found the place, the stay was satisfactory. The bathroom was fantastic, one of the cleanest in Vietnam. Other than that, the beds felt kind of dirty but it was okay. Overall, satisfied with my stay.
