The staff are friendly and very helpful. I have stayed 3 times previously and it just gets better. The apartment has all the comforts of home, a kitchen, bathroom with washing machine/dryer, large family size fridge, tv and comfortable beds with clean bedding. Our apartment was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Everything available, ie washing powder for the washing machine. We will happily come back again, no issues!

Easy to find, parking very tight, you would not want to bring a big vehicle. Room very clean, staff friendly. We had Buffet Breakfast, this was good, the only thing that I would haved liked to see be included was fresh fruit not tinned. We would consider this as a place to stay again in the future. If you wanted accomodation close to Rosehill racecourse then this property would be perfect to stay at.

As I travel a fair bit, I come prepared. Everything was great, the staff, the breakfast, the location, and there is even a little bar across at the Rydges for a nightcap. However if you are on the main road side of the building as I was, it can be noisy. I was fine as I had some earplugs and slept soundly zzzzz :)

While the room is spacious, there is a lot of dust in the room. The air conditioner's vent is clogged with dust. You can see dust everywhere.

Warning - Health Risk”
Arising from my stay I am on a hospital waiting list for specialist treatment. My health thrown into chaos. I was stung, bitten & crawled on. My hair was eaten as I slept. My body developed skin lesions & remain weeks later. All clothing, shoes, toiletries etc were ruined by cloud of grey spores spitting from air conditioning. I have a library of photos I snapped. There are critters in carpet, beds, pillows, appliances, bathroom etc Some living creature was in the toilet bowl staring at me. My stay has cost me 1000’s of dollars. My life is not the same since. Friendliest staff I’d encountered in a hotel ...until I alerted them to a parasitic nematode plague. ..I was then treated as if I was psychotic, my knowledge not worthy, my concern for public safety dismissed & spoken to with blatant rudeness. Never will I venture near Rosehill again.

Have nothing but good things to say about The Waldorf Parramatta. The team was amazing, everyone was so friendly and made us feel welcome. The food was great, The room was great, and Rosehill Racecourse was literally across the road. Special shout out to Stephanie and Jose at the front desk, and also Nalim - Their customer service was exceptional :) Extremely happy, will stay there again and recommend it to everyone.

Staff were every helpful, allowing us to have later check out. The breakfast was great, I even received a gorgeous design on the top of my cappuccino...The rooms were spacious and had everything that you would need..location was fantastic , only about 10 mins to Homebush..will definitely stay again.. Only issue was no Room service on the weekend, otherwise great hotel..
