Great location and comfy bed”
Only stayed one night but overall was fairly happy with the accommodation. Check in and out was made very easy, and good location for the price. Apartment was spacious and beds comfy, though there were a few things showing the age of the building (hallway carpets, some fittings were old/damaged). The flooring was quite new so I don't know if they're in the process of doing things up? The only real negative aspect was the neighbours to the hotel were exceptionally loud, multiple times through the early hours of the morning. Shouting at each other and I believe passers by, and sounded like it was right out the window from us. Sounds travel very easily, so perhaps bring earplugs to avoid a possible very disturbed sleep (we stayed on the East Side of the building specifically).

Tired and dirty”
The furniture and carpets were stained and i was uneasy sitting on the chair because of the state of it. Long hairs in the bath and so much that needed to be addressed in the room in terms of appearance. It was a place to lie down and lets leave it at that.

Waldorf Woolloomooloo is Fantastic!”
I originally booked with another service apartment about 2 blocks from Waldorf but switched in a heartbeat when I saw the size of the room! I did not regret the switch about 5 days before we flew to Australia. The atmosphere of the place is homey & cozy. Asif, who was at the front desk was very friendly & accomodating. We reserved 3 rooms & Asif was so nice to give us 2 connecting rooms. The room is spacious with a kitchenette, a beautiful wooden dining table which can easily accomodate 6 people, a big sofa, and the bathroom is clean, airy & large. It could use a bidet for the convenience of the guests. The beds are a tad too soft but we still managed to sleep soundly in the 7 days we stayed there. The breakfast is simple but adequate. The wifi worked perfectly for me. It was not bad at all. The location is wonderfully near the wharf. I will definitely recommend the waldorf Woolloomooloo in Potts Point to everyone. Great value for money

Nesuto Woolloomooloo was exactly what we needed. It was a fantastic location, with accommodation to meet our needs, great value, friendly and helpful staff, plus the most comfortable beds ever!! We'll definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay”
We were a group of three families and all booked studio rooms with 2 x double beds and a bed settee. Great value for money, they staff were excellent, loved the continental breakfast down in lounge for $20 per family/room, such good value, saved us from going out and finding somewhere to eat before heading out for day. Rooms were lovely and clean and had everything we need. Just wish Sydney had better transport, we did through our teenage kids, discover Uber and that worked well for us or just booked a 11 seating taxi which was great too to share between three families. Would highly recommend this accommodation in Sydney and we will return next time we are there.

Couldn't ask for anything more”
I honestly could not find a fault with our stay, we expected the hotel to be good, but it was simply amazing, the room was large, the view from the balcony took in the Sydney city skyline and the nearby harbour. The staff were very responsive and friendly, nothing was a hassle. Quite happily recommend this hotel to all my friends!

We stayed here during Vivid 2017. The hotel was very accommodating to our request. Those people manning the check in especially Brad was very helpful. It's a wonderful location near to Royal Botanical Gardens and other places of interest. The room was spacious with cooking facilities. Thanks for making our trip to Sydney very memorable.

massive room, efficient staff and nice location! ”
We stayed in a massive studio with good city view. The lady at the counter was very efficient and friendly. The bed is comfy for us. Although the facilities are a bit old but the price is very competitive in Sydney. One thing should mention is our window is next to a hotel/bar so it was very noisy till 1-2 am. If you are a light sleeper, should inquire a quiet room. And the door was a bit stiff therefore it's hard to lock/unlock the door. Our room was not locked after the staff left the scale in our room for us... All in all, it was good.

Nice and friendly reception staffs who welcomed us warmly when we arrived. Room was huge and washroom came with a full bath, shower and even laundry facilities. Place was well-maintained and clean. Necessities like laundry detergent were provided as well. Amazing view from the balcony. Secured parking. Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Sydney!

All staffs welcome us warmly. Once we go to our room, it was such a lovely place to stay with my family. Short walking distance to city center. We only spent 40 mins walking to Darling Harbour. Will definitely go back when we're in Sydney later.

Excellent”
The place quite far from Sydney City and is difficult for those travel with really young kids. You can walk to opera house from botanic garden in 30minutes walking. The staff was very friendly. They arrange for me another room for the next day because I'm complaining there is no washing machine in my 1st room. And the 2nd room was excellent. I will come back again one day.. Thumbs up for all the staff... See you....

Queen Studio roomy for family of 4”
We spent one night at this hotel and have no complaints. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The location was great with a lovely walk through the Botanical Gardens to the Opera House. The Queen Studio was perfect for a family of four as our teenage kids could have a bed each (one of sofa bed). We found this hotel to be the cheapest for a room this size this close to the city center, so good value.

I had booked an Airbnb before in Sydney in a different location for slightly cheaper than this place but I wanted to try a different place. This place is kind of on the older side and in a less convenient part of Sydney. Not too much to do around the area. Had to walk around 20 min at least to get to the more main parts of Sydney. Staff were nice though.

Large rooms with well equipped kitchenette, perfect for families”
We travelled with 2 younger children and we absolutely love this apartment! The rooms were very big and we got the units with 2 queen beds which was perfect for our little family. The kitchenette was so well equipped we managed to prepare simple breakfasts in room. They did offer a $20/per day breakfast for family of 4 (2 kids 2 adults) if u wanted that you can opt for it when u check in. I love that they also have a laundry and dryer room, as we were travelling rather light we conveniently did one load of laundry during our stay there. We were about 2 streets away from Kings Cross station, easily accessible on foot , with a leisurely 10 minute walk. We didnt have a pram so the quickest way for us to get from the apartment to Kings Cross station was via the Hills Stairs and Butler Stairs. Will definitely come back for our next stay!

The Hotel staff were very friendly and helping. My only complaint is the noise outside. Our room is near the next establishment which is a bar. At night, you can't sleep with the noise. Suggest you request for a room on the upper floor and not near the bar. We were at the 2nd floor and it is a bit noisy at night.
