Wonderful staff in a great location”
The Greenwich Village location was perfect. Close to shops, restaurants and transportation, while avoiding the worst of NYC tourist traffic. SoHo and points South were any easy walk. All of the staff were wonderful to deal with, and seemed to remember all of the guests of this small hotel.
Nice boutique, awesome location”
We had a great stay at the Walker and would definitely return. The location is fantastic, with easy walk to the Village and Washington Square Park. Excellent and attentive staff, great design touches throughout. A terrific smaller hotel.
Fab stay for a fab place”
We wanted to staying in Greenwich Village and the Jade was perfect for exploring the area. The art deco design was inspired and we loved the high spec of all the finishes. It's also really really well priced for Manhattan. Would highly recommend it.
Comfortable room in a great location”
Had a great time over two nights. Excellent location in Greenwich Village and close to shops, bars, and the subway. Jade was a little oasis and we looked forward to coming back for a drink and a rest in the afternoon after shopping. Sat by the fire and warmed up! Lovely room and good size to it.
Loved everything about it- new hotel”
Was walking distance to Washington Square Park and Greenwich Village. New hotel and ultra cool design. Nice bath products. Was offered a handicap room as it was larger but a huge problem with water staying in bath area---leaked out into room. Lobby and restaurant were also designed well with art pieces and artsy furniture.
Character hotel with great location”
Stayed almost a week at this cute hotel on the edge of Greenwich ... got an exceptionally warm welcome late at night by Marcus at front desk and great service continued throughout our stay. People here are down to earth and helpful. Lobby has personality and is a great place to come home to for a rest after pounding streets all day. Loved the location. Murray’s Bagels and Food for Humans (casual all organic fare) just around the corner. Cool streets of Greenwich nearby. Washington Square Park and a Highline Park entrance within an easy walk. Super convenient. And the rooms are small but clean and Super comfortable sleep... quiet was much appreciated. Highly recommended!
A Boutique Weekend perfect parking timing”
Time your Friday arrival for 6pm on Friday, when parking restrictions end, you may luck out and end up at the front door. The hotel was charming, the lobby and downstairs restaurant have beautiful exposed brick walls. We enjoyed our deco furnished room, it was just a bit snug. The staff was lovely, very friendly and helpful.
It was a lovely hotel with a great feel and staff were very helpful I have already recommended to a friend

Great home base”
I stayed for 5 nights. Had to have a couple of things in the room fixed but staff was very responsive. Location is excellent. Restaurant great for breakfast. Room could use better lighting but it was very comfortable and quiet. Would definitely come again.
The rooms on the front side of the hotel, rooms 1-4, are significantly smaller than the higher numbers. They are quite small by any other than NY standards but adequate and well appointed. The staff was outstanding and the bar and restaurant wonderful.
A hotel that made our stay special!”
Having researched many hotels, we were not disappointed. With a warm welcome and personalised welcome card, the hotel, their staff made our first trip to New York special. It is perfectly located close to the subway and plenty of places to eat locally in and around Bleecker Street. If your looking for something special, would highly recommend this hotel.
Excellent hotel in an unbeatable location.”
This gorgeous hotel was located in the centre Manhattan - definitely had that close to everything feeling making feet the general choice of transport. We had a Double Bedford room -Which had ample space by NYC standards. Staff were super friendly and the happy hour was amazing.
Great little hotel!”
The good: My room is small but very well arranged and everything is in working order. Now, this may not seem like a big deal, but so often things are just a little broken or awkward in hotels. For example, there are plenty of outlets in the right places, so I don't have to look around for places to charge the computer or the phone, and if I depend on the phone as an alarm it's not across the room from the bed. Also, the bathroom is small but there are plenty of surfaces to put all the knickknack that I seem to need nowadays. The bad: The furniture doors and drawers are nice but hard to open. With that, in combination with the small space, I kept bumping myself opening a drawer or the dresser door. The music in the lobby should really go with the decor, maybe something from the 20's instead of whatever is playing in the bar.
Amazing Jade Hotel - absolutely wonderful”
We had a wonderful stay at The Jade, the location is perfect for exploring New York City, away from the bright lights and yet so near. We meandered to Central Park slowly on a couple of days, so walkable. So many great streets to wander around in the Village. Everu staff member we cane across was 10 out of 10. Can't wait for our next visit, very comfortable beds, lovely decor.
I stayed at the Jade for only one night for the halloween parade. The hotel clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was small but I expected that. I would stay there again it was a great experience all around.
Enjoyable, welcoming with good service ”
Very good. My only criticism was the size if the beds. Their queen beds are really too small for 2 people. But it is a great place and a terrific location. Door man was fantastic. Umbrellas were offered in pouring rain and nothing too much trouble
My favorite NYC stay to date!”
This is so far my favorite hotel in NYC (I do many long weekends). They have the friendliest staff! Our room was just a few minutes late in being prepared. In spite of it being a mere 3 minutes wait, they offered cocktails on the house. The room was clean and comfortable (the Bigelow toiletries were a nice plus). And of course the retro theme was awesome!
Lovely hotel and great value for money”
I spent a lot of time researching hotels in NYC before I booked the Jade. I wanted somewhere cool and comfortable that was close to downtown bars and restaurants without being too far from midtown for one or two touristy things. The Jade ticked all of our boxes and we were really happy with our choice. It's decorated beautifully and unlike some other boutique hotels is also quiet, comfortable and friendly. Yes, the room wasn't big but we went for the smallest category and it was bigger than others in Manhattan. Staff were very helpful and we couldn't have asked for more.
