been looking for a nice hotel with medium range price hotel, and I found Walker. the place is clean and spacious, I chose the one without window(except the small one from the bathroom), the air conditioning was running very well, you can adjust the temperature by yourself.

Room is comfortable and relatively clean (can be cleaner.) Although it was supposed to be a non-smoking room, there were definitely signs of smoking in the room from past occupants (burnt marks). Some stains at odd corners here and there so the room could be cleaner. Not much in the way of amenities.

difficult to find without good instructions”
Not far from the local train station. Centrally situated old sector of town. The address is not obvious since the street address is not facing the road. The entrance is just an elevator lobby which requires one to take the elevator to the lobby. It comes across more like a hostel. Some red light activities in the immediate area.

Worth the money”
It is near the Taoyuan airport. That is the reason why we booked it. The room is spacious and it has the bathtub with a city view. If you just want to spend 1-2 days to stay before go to the airport it is okay

Good place to rest ”
Travelling with friend to visit taoyuan and zhongli. About 10 minutes walk from the taoyuan train station. There is a 7-11 just below the building and a family mart opposite the building. The room is quite humid as there is a musky smell when we enter the room. They do provide a dehumidifier, which you need to remember to empty it yourself when it is full. Overall, it is a good place to rest.

Stayed for out of town seminar”
My companion and I stayed for 5 days here. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping were thorough. They receptionists would call for a cab when my companion and I would request it. It was raining during our stay and they lent us umbrellas. Pros: - air-conditioning units were working well - clean room and bathroom - good ambiance - good housekeeping - hot shower worked - friendly and accommodating receptionists and staffs - location was quite convenient The downsides with the room however were: - the room would randomly have this strong cigarette smoke smell, especially at night. The staff gave us air fresheners but the smell of the smoke would be too strong - there was no proper elevation in the bathroom so while showering, the water would flow everywhere outside the shower cubicle. There wasn't anything to block the water from flowing out either so the bathroom would be a wet mess after showering. I am not sure if this is applicable to the other rooms thou.

Hotel location is around 10-15mins walk from taoyuan train station. Hotel room is clean. Not much facilities. Good for short stay.

One night before airport”
Really nice hotel. Taxi to airport takes about 20 minutes. I would normally stay closer to the airport then this but the room was very comfortable and in a good location for food and shops. Highly recommend :)

The hotel is good and clean which is beyond my expectation because of poor ambiance. The only regret I had is their staff at the reception, they have very limited English. Also their check in time is very late. It should be 2pm as most hotels do.

The motel is located about 15 mins away by walking distance from train station. 20 mins by car from International Airport. Not in the heart of happening area, but still a lot of good restaurant near by in walking distance . 24 hrs mart is just opposite the building. The room is clean and comfortable actually. But some cigarattes smell (not too strong) was found in the room. Suspected this smell came from ventilation fan of shower room and toilet. Otherwise is perfect. Helpful front desk staff. You can order McBreakfast in advance for breakfast if you like or visit some nearby local breakfast shop. Taxi to airport is TWD500. Front desk can help you to book in advance.

Not for business traveller”
I wanted to stay near Taoyuan Airport due to a very early flight so I decided to book this. This hotel is above a night club (with girls), located in town of Taoyuan city accessed by a single lane road, and there's no ironing board. Room size is pretty decent and price is good, but certainly not for ladies, families and business travellers.
