Friendly and helpful staff. Near to nightlife and good restaurants of all ranges, only 10 minutes walk to the beach. Good food quality in the restaurant of the hotel. Comfortable room with a nice balcony.

They changed my hotel location ”
I checked into where I believed I had booked only to be told this was Encore Hotel and I was booked into Walking Street Encore Hotel and was walked up the street and across a busy intersection to another accommodation location and told it was Walking Street Encore Hotel but it was on South Pattaya Rd and sign on entrance said PR Apartment. The room was ok, spacious enough but very outdated and aircon was weak and not cool at all, there was also a fan which turned on 3 speeds but wouldn’t move direction so to stay cool you had to sit in one spot in front of the fan. The room had afternoon Sun and was stifling hot.

Great location near walk street near beach. I consider it environmentally disaster Pattaya beach is polluted. Remember it clean 30 years ago. But from guesthouse is also walking distance to pier to take boat to island with clean water. Had big fully appointed room fridge air-con TV. Good double bed. I f are on budget go

This was my third visit to Pattaya and went there for a work purpose. My stay in this hotel made this recent trip a refreshing one. If you are looking for a budget hotel with homely environment and good food this is the one for sure. Location wise also it's very convenient. Room size, cleanliness and decoration everything is just perfect. It was a 'Home out of home' feeling for me. And last but not the list, staffs are also very much well behaved and cooperative.

It's a great hotel. Nice, thoughtful and clean interiors make you relaxed. Rooms are spacious, clean, big very well furnished. Breakfast was awesome. Hotel location was near Walking street. Recommend friends.

Perfect location and wonderful view with the comfort you need. Loved the outdoor kitchen & bathroom. . Fantastic staff and good breakfast. Rooms are fine. Hotel is easy to find. Public transportation is just outside the hotel.
