The hotel is just at the center of roxas city, however, at night the road going there is quite dark. The lavatory is leeking and it smells. And You have to ask the frontdesk officer just to have the soap or shampoo. No drinking water provided.

My friends stay was horrible”
I booked for my friend and her sister, i just gave them the booking ID number because ive been a business traveller myself and ive been staying with various hotels with 3 stars and up and theyre just asking for the booking Id number. The receptionist of this hotel or should i say, inn? Ask for the confirmation letter from agoda which my friend didnt bring with her, my friend explained, showed it through her messenger but she wanted printed copy which is very inconvenient. My friend asked her of their email address so that i can email it to them but the receptionist said they have no email address which is kind of weird for a hotel business. The owner intervened and gave my friend the email. So the matter was settled. Now, the room i reserved for them was a twin bed, i even messaged the inn for this request and they agreed. But they gave my friend one bed, the room is not PREMIER as what they advertise. The receptionist is very rude, Food is so late. Agreed to have breakfast at 5:30 because my friend will have a business meeting at 7 am. They waited, to be promised the food will be served for the nth time. Also, food was served cold. They served the breakfast at 6:30 am. This inn needs to practice flexibility, ypu just cant deny clients without printed confirmation form especially if its already paid. The money ive paid for the service isnt worth it.

This is a bad hotel ever”
This is my bad experience booking this hotel, i booked this in this app, then when i arrived at the lobby, the staff said i need to add more money because the one that i paid in agoda is not enough, the said agoda rate for their hotel is cheap so i need to add certain amount. This is my first time yo encounter this issue at a hotel. I will never ever book a room in this hotel Also, toilet is not really clean, no toiletries like shampoo, soap, thinking that you will have an overnight stay. Also, the staff is not friendly, she just care for the money.

Excellent V4M but not the nicest area”
I was GRANDPAcking in Roxas for 3 nights ... I had come to try out their famous seafood. It was a Double Aircon room with ensuite, cable TV, and cold water shower. There was no in-room wifi (the free wifi was only at reception). The staff are friendly and the hotel is clean and tidy. My room was a reasonable size. The bed was a small Double and was firm but comfortable. The Cable TV was clear and had many Sports and Movie channels to choose from. It came with a wall mirror, a small wardrobe, and desk with chairs. The ensuite was clean and a reasonable size. It would have been better if it had a shelf to put things on and a mirror over the sink. Due to the thick concrete walls, I could not get a wifi signal in my room (which was only 10m from reception): neither from the hotel’s wifi nor my own mobile phone. It was good value for money. The Wallabies has a pleasant riverfront setting. But, it is a bit of a run-down area and you have to walk 200m to get out of that area.

Went there with my best friend. The location is good as it's near iconic Roxas City landmarks. There is free Wi-Fi, however the signal is strong in the hallway and the lobby. The staff are friendly. We'll definitely stay here again when we visit Roxas City.

Exceeded our expectations for a budget hotel. Most convenient hotel to stay in when visiting Roxas as it is located a stones-throw away from the tourist spots. They also offer tour packages for those planning to visit Gigantes Islands. All staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Best Stay for Travelers”
The hotel was new so it has fully furnished rooms with complete facilities. The staff were very helpful and even offered to book through agoda since it was cheaper. Overall, one should stay here if they want comfort and luxury of a new hotel in Roxas City

This is a new hotel , my room was very nice and comfortable , everything was very neat and clean , l will definately stay there again , it's not far from the city centre and is an easy walk to the local Malls and if you don't want to walk a tricycle ride is 20 ps ,

Very clean and well appointed for a hotel of this class”
Good value for money, very clean and well appointed facilities in this newly built hotel. Very good comfort and security level, not often found in this price range. Good nearby restaurants offering quality food and a pleasant walk, or short ride to city centre. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and Clean”
The room and the bathroom are both spacious and clean. Although there was some smell from the drain, the bathroom exhaust helped remove it. The hotel is located by the river and close to the town center. The internet didn't work for computers but worked for phones/tablets. We were able to make it work for our laptops but this is not easy if you don't know much about computers. The air-condition and hot shower worked well. The room doesn't have windows which made us feel like the sun never comes up which caused us to oversleep. :) Nonetheless, we had a great stay and would comeback here again.

Affordable but doesn't come cheap. The bed is nice and clean. You can conveniently and safely walk from hotel to plaza (park, city hall, etc).
