The location is hard to beat!! I absolutely love the hotels in this area and the swan is one of the more affordable ones. But it’s not just the location. The hotel is clean, has a grand feeling about it and very much Disney! Staff is always very helpful. Only addition would be a store with more quick eats and as I saw this time, they are in the process of adding just that!!!

Parking”
Con - major con is the parking...billed twice for parking every time we visited this hotel. You are billed by the hotel. Make sure they don’t charge you when you leave. Pros - Beautiful resort, amenities, clean, comfortable, friendly staff... just the parking needs to be fixed

I was charged a $30. Resort service package and $25 parking plus tax for a total of 60.38. When I booked the room on May 17th the confirmation email I received stated that the booking was paid in full . The email noted that the only additional charge would be for an additional person. Its quite upsetting to have to pay an additional $60. on a reservation (260268230) that I had already paid. Your site should be more transparent if there are additional fees. Thankyou.

Ideal Base for all Parks ”
Have stayed in a number of the Disney themed hotels and although the Swan wasn’t as elaborate and Disney orientated as the official Disney ones, we preferred this one as it was walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood Studios and the bus transportation to the other parks was brilliant and very reliable , we stayed there for a week and didn’t use the monorail once after our awful journey one night the week before when visiting . It was grossly overcrowded and took an eternity to get back to the car park from Magic Kingdom after the fireworks . Would definitely stay there again as we have done the hotels with the characters and after all we only slept at the hotel as we were off each morning early and back late. The only thing I would say we were disappointed with is the $30 a day service fee on the room and along with the $25 a day parking this bumped our budget up another $55 a day that was without that food and drink which we found quite expensive in all the hotels and parks .

Do not get sucked in by the low price that you are offered at the beginning. You are charged $28 A-day to park, and a $30 A-day Room fee for simple things such eze Internet and ability to walk around the facilities. I will never stay here again

We left the rooms at 10:30 am and when we got back at night, no one cleaned our rooms. Had to call the reception and ask for new toiles and other amenities that took over an hour to get to us.

great location for epcot and hollywood studios”
great room size. it even had a separate sink just outside of the bathroom so i could prepare while the bathroom was occupied. great location for disney boardwalk, hollywood studio and epcot center liked the buffet at the garden restaurant inside the hotel. roads are big and wide here in lake buena vista, so even if it seems near in the map, when you're travelling with small kids or senior citizens, everything is energy draining and too far away to walk. so having the ferry to the parks is a good thing and the waiting stands are near the hotel n parks.

OK stay, but not as good as expected.”
- Facility: Quite old facility. I stayed in Balcony King, room 790, view is almost nothing. No bathtub. Hallway is old and smelly. - Transportation: there is water taxi to get to Magic Kingdom and Disney Studio but the boats are very old and very hot when you are inside. Vallet parking at hotel is 10usd more expensive than self parking, but the parking lot is just right here in front of the hotel. - Food: Breakfast menus in restaurants of both Swan and Dolphin are very very limited, with few selection, not healthy choices. Nothing really for lunch, mostly fast food restaurants. For dinner, choices of restaurant is better; and there is Kimonos sushi which is quite nice (Karaoke from 9pm so watch out if you like private). - Swimming pool: Grotto pool is nice but most parts are too deep for young children. Hot jacuzzi tubs are good, but the tubs were closed during some of the dates I stayed. The pools area is common space for both Dolphin and Swan hotels.

For those looking for a nice place next to Epcot, within walking distance to everything, this is a place for you. Yeah it is a bit farther than some of the others, however the price to distance made up for it.

Only stayed one night and very impressed. Wonderful warm welcome from reception staff. Quick check in and out. Fabulous room on 11th floor. Didn’t book a room with a view but if the Tower Of Terror isn’t a great view I don’t know what is and at night you can see right across to the old town. Thank for our very short stay but would stay again without question
