They don’t have parking lots. The reason why I chose this hotel was parking lots. but no parking lots there. So If you have a car, then you need to pay about $50 for overnight parking nearby public parking lots.

Not what it seems”
While the location is right next to Market st. which is of the if not the main street in San Francisco, the neighborhood this hotel is in (the Tenderloin) is one of the most undesireable locations in SF for the locals let alone for travelers. The hotel is actually in some of the worse areas of the Tenderloin, streets taken over by homeless, a certain kind of homeless people that dont make you feel safe. Once you enter the hotel, you remember the pretty pictures and wonder if you are in the right location. Though the pictures do match the space, in person it looks a lot less boutique and definitely more run down and patch up to put the best face forward, I think they call it marketing. Ill leave it at that. Oh by way, if you are a light sleeper ask for a room away from the street. It is loud at all hours. Remember the neighborhood and the people that live their lives on the streets of that neighborhood. That should give you a good understanding.

Homeless and drug addits everywhere outside, street were dirty with poop etc. Dangerous at night and all night noise ,screams and ambulance, you can't barely sleep . The place was not as clean , I felt almost in a motel. Breakfast was just a toast and coffee.

The stay was probably the worst experience ever. As soon as I got there for checking in, the front desk person was rude when I asked a question. I assumed that if there was parking on the property, that it would be free for the hotel guests. Apparently, that was not true, then when I asked about the parking they rudely said, “there was no parking and does not understand why there would be parking if they had none to give” then to contact the site about it. I was not prepared to pay an extra close to $100 for parking away from the hotel, as it was my only option, practically another room for my car. When getting into the room all of us were completely disappointed with the room. The room looked like as if it was not cleaned for our stay. There was food still in the fridge, a persons eyelash on the table, and hairs still in the beds. The only OKAY thing that came out of this experience was just getting a new room. I would rather spend a little bit more for a more decent hotel even if it was a bit farther from the venue than to stay here. Highly disappointed, I have been to decent hotels that gave more in big cities.

The hotel is in Taylor st. which is in the Tenderloin, not safe area to stay. Hotel surrounded by many homeless. Elevator is sucks. I paid deluxe room then realized when open the room and no AC. So me and my husband decided to move to other hotel right away!! I suggest you dont stay in this hotel. We finally stayed in the hotel in Lombard st. which is cheaper than Warfield but we got a deluxe facilities.

Unfortunately, it does have roaches. I requested to move and cancel rest of my stay as a result. Unfortunately, they still charged me one night.
