        Is this really an inn?”

        I feel that we were badly misrepresented by the management of Wasan Inn. When we arrived, we were informed our was in 3rd floor. On our way upstairs, it felt like we were walking through a haunted mansion. Creepy and sad at the same time! Litters to your left and right, toilets with broken door handle, room with creepy view outside (facing window next door). Truly creepy place to stay, DO NOT BE FOOLED! It creeps me to the bones.

        If you want peace of mind, this is the place to stay in. Excellent service and amazing friendly staff. The best budget inn in Bintulu i have stayed in so far. Go for it, you won't regret.

        You are talking budget”

        I read the review before i booked this hotel I actually know what I am getting myself into.but I just dont want to judge to quick,so I came anyway.The heater dont really work, the tv in my original room have problem so they gave me a new room.Just some local channels.the staff is friendly,i ask for extra pillow they sent it to my room.but the hotel is old,so dont expect much.the hallway carpet is full of stains.the water pressure at 3rd floor is bad. Everythg looks old,the towel the pillow the blankett, but I am impressed with the mattress,really comfy. there is a jug in my room,but no cup/glass/mug.the aircon is slow.but like i said earlier,you are talking budget,so dont expect much when u pay less.owh i have to give a thumb up to the restorant next to the hotel,crown restorant.staff,food all good,abit pricey but lots of choice & nice.

        Reasonable and affordable place to stay in. Room is very big and clean. There is no problems with looking for car parks because the surrounding is very big with plenty of car parks with a convenient store. Added with the friendly and helpful counter staffs, I would definitely come back to stay again.
