"We decided to stay at Pattara resort and spa because we had always stayed at Topland (the hotel in a very old building nearby Wat PraBuddhachinarat) and we wanted to try something new and Pattara was worth more than the money that we had paid. Very impressive :)"

"This hotel is listed as 4-5 star. However it is a normal simple hotel which otherwise would be rated 2 star. It is very new, very friendly and provides all the in-room amenities you expect of 4 stars. If you are happy to pay over double price for these small touches, then definitely visit. Outside the room it was the same as the others; swimming pool (out of use), small frugal breakfast selection, e.t.c. Usual price in Phitsanulok about 700 THB, The Zense, 1,800 THB. I will go back, I liked it, but not until the price drops to 1,000THB."

"Great and fun! The room was very clean and the toilet has a TV. The staff was reliable and warm welcoming! All staff has very good attitude! Room overlooking the football field was nice. We were able to play the football with the kids after the buffet breakfast. However , the playground was under construction. Gym room was good enough. The breakfast was simple but good enough for its price. The beds were very comfortable, comparable to a 4-5 star hotel. Keep it up! Hope it will be as good as it is when we come back next time."
