Super Experience with Great Value and Location”

Great location with a friendly and helpful staff. Hospitality was top notch as we were pleasantly surprised by a Welcome Tea Ceremony upon check in. Rooms were traditional, clean and spacious. We opted for a room with a private bathroom which turned out to be a plus as well. Onsite Onsen (hot spring bath) experience was a great plus as it is not very crowded. The Traditional Japanese Breakfast (extra cost) is a must try at least once. All in all, I would highly recommend this place for first timers looking for a Ryokan experience with a friendly staff having a good mix of traditional and modern amenities.

"很好的体验" translates to "a very good experience" in English.”

Apart from being a bit far from the bus station, it was really perfect. I really liked this Japanese-style hotel, it was very clean and the service was top-notch. It exceeded my expectations.

Well worth the price”

Stayed here to celebrate my brother’s birthday. Place was relatively close (about ten minutes walk) to train stations and bus stops. Also right next to Nishiki Market and Teramachi street which was a great place to do some shopping/eating. Their meals were exceptional, the dinner always left us in a food coma (but a good fulfilling one), and their breakfast gave us enough energy to last through the entire day. Their website also had an online cake delivery service which I was able to get a cute birthday cake for my brother easily and they brought it out to us after dinner (it added onto our already existing food coma but everything’s great so no complaints here). First floor included an amenity corner for anyone who needed extra things during their stay. Room was very clean (the power outlets are a little out of the way in the room but most ryokans are like that) and the public bath was well maintained when I stayed there. The fridge in the room is small but good enough for simple needs. Their staffs are all super friendly, it was only two nights but I miss them already.

Exceptional”

My wife and enjoyed the hospitality of the staff. They took our luggage to our room and welcomed us with hot green tea. The hotel was clean and the room was large and beautiful. Staff saved us money by giving us the best, efficient and economic ways to travel around. They even called the taxi for us.
