Perfect location, awesome amenities. Very clean and updated. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Appliances were fantastic! We will definitely be back, this will be our go to spot when we visit Breckenridge from now on!
Garbage disposal was broken, and even after maintenance came to fix it still was not working properly.

Everything was great! The apartment on the first floor by the brook was very nice.
The entrance door for our building was right off the bedroom. It was loud with people and the door closure was loud as well.

adding on a high cleaning fee after the fact. either include it in the price, stated, or reduce it. it doubled the cost of what was originally a good deal, due to time of year, dates.

The location was perfect...park and walk everywhere.
Our condo was NOT clean at all. There was still food crumbs and rings from previous drinking glasses on the kitchen counter tops. The floors were filthy in one of the bathrooms and in the kitchen. Also, several light bulbs were burned out throughout. The condo itself was very nice but the housekeeping staff needs to be fired especially when you have to pay almost as much in cleaning fees as the nightly stay itself.

Very pretty in the morning after the snow because they have the cutest little mini forest outside of the patio gates for kids to play safely. Colorado cabin vibes yet luxurious. The bed was soooo cozy especially after a long day of hiking and skiing. The 3 games we found in the closet was an additional touch they added we didn’t expect and oh boy we played them & had a blast
Everything is dine out only due to covid which is understandable also masks are enforced on small children which was a battle to keep them on. But that is all understandable when you vacay during a pandemic

Location and unit were very, very nice.
A lot of loud house music noise late into Saturday night that ruined our sleep. Pillows were not comfortable at all. Gym did not open until late in the morning. In most environments, can get an early workout or even 24 hours. An attendant is not necessary.

it was very cozy and gave your the feel of a log cabin setting. perfect location with the river outlook giving you a serene and zen atmosphere
it was toasty at 82 degrees however the property manager sent fans immediately to help cool or down for our baby. great customer service and sense of urgency. only feedback is maybe check the temp before customer arrival to ensure a pleasant welcoming experience when walking through the door for the first time. also floors were a little dirty.

location was great for our summer trip, property was tight in the middle of everything. beautiful condo and very clean
the biggest problem was that the elevator did not work and there was no intention to get it fixed during our 5 day stay. particularly difficult bringing our luggage up and down but also annoying on a daily basis as we were on the third floor.

The very nice and the very not nice”

The location is excellent, and the unit was comfortable and spacious, with a balcony overlooking a pleasant forested area with the sounds of running water. Gas stove, great kitchen. Free and convenient parking underground. Nicely appointed.
The elevator did not work through half of our stay, and no credit was issued for lack of amenities. It was difficult carrying bags up flights of stairs, and at 9000 elevation. Ridiculous. Also, it took forever for the water to become hot enough to shower with. We did not think running taps until the water was heated enough is a good water conservation tactic, so they need to do something about this. These two problems detracted significantly from what would have been considered a very fine property.
