Beautiful place Nice and close to beach neat and clean. However the filthy ANC corruption has now officially gone as far as the ocean hence we could NOT swim due to ecolli contamination. 2 x last year and 3 x this year.

Gate remote stopped working. Not the first time this happened. Otherwise beautiful place lovely ocean view.

Beautiful views and close to the beach. Privacy over the Festive season as access to the beach is restricted to residence.

The geyser is in the main bedroom and the air is damp. Lots of stairs to climb to get to the apartment

the property was clean and well maintained.

The view and location were great.the apartment was comfortable and had most things,the couch and bed were comfortable. It had wifi, aircons worked great, trellie doors for both lounge and bedroom. It has a microwave& snackwich maker. There is great laundry place above the pharmacy near the total garage they did a good job with our clothes and towels U r on the 1st level, one flight of stairs to get to the apartment and beach front. You are about 1km away from the total and restaurants and small spar. There is also a shuttle service tuk tuk by Foam who operates wed-sun if u need a quick ride They also let umbrellas and sun chairs for R50 a day a great place for a breakfast The letting company were very nice and helped us with any issues or enquires we did have. Overall we loved our stay even with some issues we found.

No washing machine or dryer No bath or beach towels u can rent the bath towels The apartment needs a revamp The bedding and pillows and sheets should be replaced. We had a few things wrong with the place  the lights in the lounge and main bedroom fan light didnt work but the light situation will be fixed  for the electrian was there to fix it on the day we left. The furniture on the balcony is not the same as the pictures, you have 4 bar stools and a high table and sun plastic chairs. Was disappointing that we didn't have a proper garden furniture  to sit and enjoy like the pictures showed.

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was great and the view was amazing.

The apartment needs a frying pan and some hand soaps and hand towels.

More homey touches would go a long way like WIFI and DSTV.

Please do not get me wrong, it is a great place but quite a few things where not at expected and if these where changed and fixed it would be a gem. Location grate, layout of the flat is 90%.

To start with the treats by the letting company regarding any social activity. They collect the deposit and then send you a multi-colored mail with rules and specifically regarding any gatherings. Anyone on holiday is social that might involve friends. In may case it was with family. According to them I am not allowed to have anyone visit me. Understand loud music and disco balls but surely they can rewrite the same rules to be less threatening. Main aircon unit leaks the run off water into the flat and floods the rooms. Light fitting in the second bedroom doesn't work. Unit needs a paint job and general maintenance on cupboards. Open electrical connections of the old aircon. If these small things are repaired it would be great.

Fridge was barely cool, the place needs maintenance and of course no service due to COVID
