Holiday stay”
The hotel itself was beautiful . Location great couldn’t enjoy the benefits as we were exhausted .They definitely need more staff. Only 1 employee in hotel Unfortunately our visit was not the best for our first stay we had a room under us that had a dog barking in excess of close to 5 hrs and once we located the room and notified the only woman on staff working she couldn’t do anything until the room occupants returned . So didn’t get much sleep for a long journey home and couldn’t change our room :(

Very friendly staff. Clean refurbished generous sized rooms. Excellent location. Very good breakfast even during covid times with choices of taking away hot items plus the usual continent fare like croissants juice yoghurt serial milk fruit cups fresh fruit .

Nice scenic hotel in great location walking distance to everything. Parking is shared so if filled you have to park in overflow one block away. I was not pleased with that. Otherwise, Love this place.

Had a wonderful stay, location was perfect Hot tub was out of order was the only thing that I was disappointed in. Breakfast was grab and go and staff were very friendly. Will definitely stay again in the future

This is a nice place to stay. Very nice location, nice view, near restaurants, and free parking. However don't get excited with their "breakfast Included" as their breakfast is in a brown bag that consists of a tiny crossaint, oasis juice, "fruit in a tiny", and serve your self on biscuits and coffee. I was expecting something more as they have a restaurant. A very big disappointment.

The hotel itself and the room was decent, and the staff was nice. But the location of our room was horrible. Right above the patio...when I asked for a quiet room. instead we hear loud music and party until midnight. Also hot tub was out of service and you had to bring breakfast up to your room, no seating. Maybe because of covid I'm not sure. But the lights and club music was not appreciated

Well I'm going to be perfectly honest. The locations phenomenal I've never understood why you contact the hotel directly and you can't get as good a rate as you do on some site. And where there was once a lovely connection between the restaurant next door obviously that is long gone.. they give you a little box lunch breakfast which is adequate but not at all the class act before when you went to a lovely buffet that frankly could have been offered to others and probably well supported by non Hotel guests. I will probably what will push me to move to another location is the restaurant next door which is grossly overpriced and tremendously inadequate staff. That is not the fault of the restaurant I'm sure it is just property owners making what they can in the location that they've acquired. The bed was comfortable the place was clean

We could not get any parking spot and there was no other arrangement. It was really hard to get a parking. The girl on the front desk was also very unprofessional. The check in time stated on website was 3:00 pm but we waited till 4:30pm as they saud that our room is not ready yet.

Great hotel with a lovely view”
Had a great room with a great view. Booked online and was disappointed when I arrived that the pool wasn't operational. Chose this hotel for location but also because they had a pool. Would have chosen another hotel had I known. Great breakfast in the morning. I'd stay again.
