Good bit little expensive ”
The room had a good view of the phewa lake but its expensive. Hotel wad polished and well mannered staff. But its little far from the pokhara market, you just cant take a stroll to thr market or to the restaurants; you have to take taxi Everytime.

Beautiful and serene”
It was a pleasant stay. Staff was friendly, beautiful landscape and garden and it's close to the lake. Definitely a must stay again. Just hope that the access road to the hotel will be improved in future.
Excellent location with superb service”
great experience. excelent location with great view. our room actually is overlooking the lake and mountain. hotel staff are helpful especially the manager who gave us great ideas for interested places to visit and dine. will certainly go back again.
Great location ”
The hotel was beautiful however we felt we couldn’t relax by the pool as building work was taking place we were unaware of before we booked it. Unfortunately we also have a very noisy family taking up most of the floor that kept us up most of the night and early morning. This was not the hotels fault but thought I’d mention it. We had plans to stay three nights but only stayed one then moved to their sister hotel Himalayan front, we were extremely happy with hotel with the most stunning view and helpful staff.
Hotel with breathtaking views. Rooms are with Balcony facing the swimming pool are very nice. The rooms dont have a fan in it. Only AC (No HVAC either). I rocomend the hotel management to instal fans also becuse sometime you dont need AC and fan would be sufficient.
The good: 1. Beautiful location 2. Nice rooms with clean facilities 3. Awesome staff 4. Good restaurants for Al a carte Improvements: 1. Don't paint the rooms when guests are about to check in. The smell was there lingering 2. Breakfast buffet needs more meat options . Only chicken sausage 3. Bathrooms need upgrade. Faucet was broken and the toilet towel rack was broken 4. WiFi needs improvement but this was there all over Nepal The hotel overall deserves a stay. The minor issues did not really stop from enjoying the hotel
Best place to book in pokhara”
The best location you can ask for. Just walk out and you can sit at the bank of the lake. No other place offers this view. Very good service too. I plan to visit this place again for longer.
Friendly Staff, clean room and nice location”
I stayed there for two days, day before and day after trekking. The staff had nice service and organized trekking with the great guide. The room is clean and great view. No any annoyances noise. The swimming pool is nice. All are good.
Lovely Setting and nice stay”
Second stay here and again a great location away from the main tourist area but within a 5 minute walk. The last 500 meters is unpaved and rather bumpy but the view is worth it! Would recommend highly!
Good hotel in a beautiful setting”
Loved our stay there with our 2 boys, the hotel is a basic 2-3 star hotel but has a beautiful view of the lake and the World Peace Pagoda! The only issue we had is the staff allows some rather noisy guests to continue to make noise at 4am. Pokhara is a great place but a lot of the activities take place early in the morning and the staff should be more strict with the loud guests! There is a great Arabic restaurant just down the street from the hotel too!
So we got the best room, with the best view of the lake & people paragliding down. We finally got hot water & i took a long bath. I read my books on the porch surrounded by the beautiful lake & hills. I didn't even want to get out of the hotel because I was too comfortable. The only minor setback is the location. It will cost you a $5 taxi ride from the town, where all the mini markets, restaurants, cafes are all located. However, they have shuttle bus that goes by schedule to town. Some people prefers to walk back but it is too dangerous without lights at night & the climb is steep, the roads are uneven. This is place is worth the stay if you are looking to pamper yourself. Also, you can exchange your dollars in this hotel because they have a better rate than the one in town.
Overprice Hotel's Travel Agent”
Don't bother to order from the travel agent provided by the hotel, The price was silly. The second day in Pokhara, we rented a car from the hotel for sightseeing. We asked the travel agent in the hotel about sightseeing and she said that there would be 2 packages; half day and full day. We chose the full day trip, hoped we would get a flexibility so we could drink some coffee on the way and returned to the hotel as we wanted to. I have confirmed to the travel agent what we wanted and she agrees, she said she would give us the flexibility we wanted. The day after, the manager came to us and said there would be extra charge because we went home late. I thought the extra charge would only be $10 or a little bit more, but it was billed $40 more!(We rented a full day car for $75, we returned to the hotel at 8 pm).
Waterfront is best property in Pokhra .”
I would like to really mention and appreciate Santosh Karki who supported us inspite of bit messed up bookings and took note of our convenient stay in Pokhara. Small concerns are: The room size is bit small if you want to put extra bed (may be the room i got was smaller). Breakfast menu needs some improvement; little choice for vegetarians. Restaurant timings for dinner are bit early and no 24x7 room service...so pack your food if you suffer from midnight hungers. Also if you want to have late dinner at town then be ready to walk back to hotel and its bit scary with no street lights as you may not be lucky with taxi. A suggestion to hotel...if they can start a boat ride from hotel to town and back (may be a paid one.
Relaxing with beautiful views”
The hotel has great views of the lake and the paragliders as they land. It was a great hotel for my 2 year old as we could look over the hotel wall and see the animals in the farm next door. The gardens were lovely and safe so she could run around. The pool looked nice but was freezing cold! The rooms were lovely, the staff helpful and the food was excellent and a good price. We enjoyed the breakfast. Its a 20 min walk into town (longer with little ones) but the road is too rough to take a push chair
Nice and Clean Hotel but Not 5 Star Service”
Stayed here for New Year 2014. I have already Submitted this review on TripAdvisor as well and i have summarised my review for Agoda. The Welcome to the hotel was perfect. With FREE Transfers arranged from Bus Station. We got a Quite a nice room, and we were happy about it. New Year Dinner- Worst New Year Ever - : ( Misinformation and Over Charged ) Very Disappointing Since they over charged and services promised were not provided. Treated specific group with priority which led for Other guests in hotel to leave the grounds. At Checkout: The Night before departure we did request for Early Breakfast Packed since we are leaving early and we had paid for the Breakfast already. However we were not given the breakfast pack until we left hotel. When requested for bellboy service on checkout no one came to pick the luggage, since our transfer is at 6:45 we had to carry luggage to ourself. We were asked to pay 500 Nepali rupees by Taxi but called the hotel and informed them that since they did not give us breakfast just pay for the taxi as a compensation. The Hotel Insisted first, but later when I told that I am a Reviewer here they said its ok they will. In Overall - This hotel Resort is good and clean compare to others in Pokhara with Comfortable Bed. But to maintain customers continuously they have to improve a lot in hospitality area. To give the 5 Star service we expect from them. And serve each and every customer equally. Hope with this review things will improve in future. Good Luck.
Totally worthwhile, superb view of Fewa Lake”
I stayed in Water Front for 2 nights in their deluxe room with surprise. Big surprise was from my first glance at the my balcony with view to Fewa, swimming pool and the landing ground for paragliding activities. Not only the balcony, in the room they have also prepared comfortable chairs besides the balcony glass door. So everyday after breakfast you can sit in the balcony or in the room, watching the lake or each paragliding landing, as long as you like. Life can't be better! Besides that, the bathroom is equipped with clean tub. And quite a lot TV channels are available for killing time. The hotel also provides shuttle bus everyday to center of lakeside. On more thing to be mentioned is their in-room wifi is chargeable. But you can have free connection in their lobby and restaurant area. All in all, this is a new, clean, nice hotel for you to stay in Pokhara.
a bit to clean and industrial”
We hoped to find a relaxing and charming stay out the city center of pokhara. The location was indeed quit and a good spot on the lakeside. But it was lacking the charm. All to clean, aswell the hotel as the staff.
Comfortable stay in a serene environment”
It was a pleasant one. The hotel arranged an early morning sunrise view at Sarangkot for us and it was fantastic. The open vacant area between the Phewa Lake and the hotel's swimming pool/building is the landing ground for paragliding. The hotel is slightly away from the town area but it offers free shuttle service to the town every one-two hours.
It was really, really good experience.”
It was our first trip to Pokhara and we wanted to get as much attached with the Nature as possible and Waterfront resort just offered that! The Para Gliding, Ultra Light Plane flying, Boating etc. were just into our grip and we got very good support from the hotel to explore and enjoy those. Since the hotel is situated in a distance from the main city (and the road condition isn't great also); going to and returning from the main city is a concern! But we never felt that as the hotel has a good shuttle service between the hotel and the main city - four times a day. It was all good...
