not recommended if you want a restful stay”
rooms are not well cleaned. noisy because of outside guests (non staying in the hotel) are having a videoke at the poolside. if you want to rest, you cannot because of the noise. poor facilities.

If you can, spend a little more and get a better hotel.”
Go find a better hotel. The place is noisy either due to a celebration in their function room or day trip guests in their swimming pool (both with KTV). Have asked for wifi guest access twice but both passwords didn't worked. Staffs are courteous but other than that, you can't rely on them for anything.

Find another hotel in town”
Malaybalay is a little hot for Western European / American travelers and this hotel isn't the best hotel to feel comfortable and safe. Try the business hotel in the main downtown area as an alternate. The Waterpool is very spartan and providential. Hotel food is terrible. Ashley's in town is a great option.

Very basic hotel. No commissary after 9pm so you'd better eat out or order for delivery. Staff are nice though. Cool basic place to stay in.

Terrible service”
stayed for 5D4N. Our room NEVER got cleaned. Replacement towels were only given on our last night! No shower curtains so the whole CR got wet. Rugs for the CR were only given on the 2nd day.
