Nice place and convenient”
stayed for one night in the delux room prior to summiting adams peak. the room was spacious and clean and has a great view of Adams peak from the balcony. The advice from the staff was great and they got us a taxi for our onward journey easily. the road can be a bit noisy but that is the same with all the hotels here and not there fault.

It was a good place to stay before climbing Adam's peak. The staffs were really friendly. The rooms was not so clean. There was old used toilet paper beside the bed, which was really disgusting. There was not hot water, which was really sad, because after coming back from Adam's peak and it was raining, we really wish we could have a hot shower.

very bad attitude from office manager”
When I booked double room for 2 people on Agoda, I mistakenly chose the room for 1 person, instead of 2 people. Usually what we need to make up for this, is to top up 11USD per night. But the hotel’s office manager, a big guy, tried to charge me another 32USD for that extra person. This means we would have to pay 64USD in total for a double room. You can never find 64USD for a room in their hotel on any website!!! When I tried to explain how unreasonable his way of calculation was, he became upset and impatient. A young staff at the reception desk was much more considerate. He helped checked the price for double room-2people on Agoda, so he knew the manager was over charging, so he went to the office to talk with him. Then the manager came back with a new price saying that we should pay 22USD extra for extra person per night. This price is still much more than it should be, but when my Singaporean friend came to the office trying to talk with the manager, the manager was very upset and telling my friend: ”Why don’t you use your brain!?” He also kept saying that we just want to walk away without paying anything. The young reception staff again helped us with a much more reasonable price: 15USD, which is close enough to 11USD. So we accepted, and that settled the thing. The office manager admitted that 15USD is reasonable but he just couldn’t explain why he tried to charge 32USD at the beginning. Yet, he still kept talking with high voice and sarcastic words, as if we are ridiculous trouble maker. I believe he is not a bad person, so I hope this bad review can help him find a way to improve his service. Overcharging the room price is one thing, scolding and blaming your guests with sarcastic tone and words is another, this is just not so nice to do business like this.

One of the worst hotels I've stayed at”
Entrance hall and everything that is upstairs was okay. Our room was horrible. Full of fungus, the air was moist, everything was dirty. Manager didn't care at all.

Unclean and uncomfortable”
Stayed for one night and did not enjoy it. Unclean towels and bathroom, hard bed, limited hot water, door very hard to lock/unlock. Staff said breakfast wasn't included even though it was (we had to show our booking to prove it) and they tried to charge us for lunch and dinner that we did not have there. Staff didn't seem happy that we ate elsewhere.

スリーパーダ登山のベースに”
スリーパーダに登るために泊まった。登山口までほんのわずかな距離で部屋も広く蚊帳があったのはありがたかったが、施設自体は古く、工事中の場所もあった。スタッフはフレンドリーで応対は良かった。
