The location is quite good, the staff are friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good. Even though it is difficult to get consistent, good service throughout a hotel , I really feel that this hotel derserves to be recommended. Although our mobile phones had no service for half the time we were in Yangon, the hotel WIFI always worked well throughtout the hotel.

Great affordable hotel with superb helpful staf”
Had a fantastic 10 days stay. For the same price that would have got me a tiny single room downtown, the standard double room I booked was adequately spacious, comfortable and clean, with a nice a/c. Both the day and night reception staff are super friendly and helpful...with very good English and, from what I heard, Chinese. The only interesting 'quirks' are that there is no mini bar/fridge in the rooms; and you have to ask to receive your complimentary bottle water and/or have your room clean. However, when asked, either is provided with no problem. While there is a simple buffet breakfast, the hotel does not provide any room/food service. However, there are many food options within walking distance. So, it is not a problem. Laundry service is the most expensive I have experienced in Yangon. Aside from these, I can honestly say that this is the best value-for-money hotel I have ever stayed at in Yangon.

Simple, nice, clean, cheap”
I liked this place a lot. It's a bit north of the center, but Yangon taxis are cheap. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The bathroom works fine. The staff were a nice bunch of guys. Breakfast was simple but good. I think of good hotels as clean, cheap places to sleep and wash up while I'm on a trip. This was just that. The only drawback, not really its fault, was that the Internet connection was very slow in the evening. But that is everywhere in Yangon so you can't blame this place.

Budget Hotel”
The price is comparitively very low, so my review doesn't matter unless you pay more than or equal to the other hotels around. Needs some renovation.The pictures are good, but the current status of the room is not the same. But value for what you pay. WiFi is dead and the mobile network mytel signal is almost none in the room. So basically no internet. Staff are friendly as usual. If anyone noticed Agoda location and Google map locations are different, the correct address is what you see in Google map. Early check in was accepted without any complaints. If you are visiting during rainy season or if you notice your room full of humidity then try to switch your AC settings to wet (a symbol with water drop).

Budget hotel, friendly staff”
there is five floor in this hotel, and there is no elevator in the hotel, so you need to walk upstair. the staff able to communicate in english and chinese very well. it is not a big room but it is tidy inside. the bathroom in the room is cover by a semi-see-through glass. the room has 2 pair of slippers as it become very useful if you would like to visit pagodaS. it is very convenient to catch a taxi in front of the hotel. there is a burger restaurant on the right of this hotel. the nearest sight seeing temple is the Large Sleeping Buddha with around 15-20 mins walking distance. There is a shopping mall also is 15-20mins walking distance.

Staff has quit caring”
I have been staying at WealthInns on an annual basis since they first opened. In the beginning, the attentive customer service and great location overcame the cramped room size and on-going construction. During this visit, my room seemed to be looking a little "ragged around the edges". There was a strong mold smell and mold growing on the tile in the bathroom and walls. I asked for the staff to clean it but they did not. The other was issue was the complimentary breakfast. Considering the room price, a pretty basic breakfast is to be expected. The negative aspect was that a 7am breakfast tended to be served between 7:30-8:00am. At 7a, there tended to be staff still sleeping in the dining area and breakfast had not been made. I would like to give a better review and have had much better experiences in the past. Hopefully, the week I spent there was an aberration.

Overall good experience. Couldnt fault it. Only issue is u cant easily extend your stay at the reception. U have to book online instead. But thats not a big issue. Most of this area is quieter than downtown so much nicer

It was first time to visit Myanmar, and it was great to stay in this hotel. It's quite clean(although I noticed there is cobweb in the room, and a bit damp room) and all staffs are very kind. They helped me out a lot. They Are friendly and so helpful. I heard that the breakfast is nice, however unfortunately I didn't have chance to try it in this time because I went out before 7am although the breakfast is served from 7 am while I was staying this hotel. So if I have chance to come back here again, I would like to try it. And of course I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

New and clean hotel, small rooms”
The stay was comfortable, although the rooms are quite small. Taxis to Sule Paya cost 3000 Kyat during rush hour. The hotel has just been opened in November 2013, therefore the facilities were still new. The staff is very friendly and provided us with maps from Yangon.

Their service is good. No matter is the check-in receptionist or the bellboy or the staff over there. I think they all are very helpful and try their best to help out whenever we have doubts. Their breakfast is not too bad but can be better and for their location. I think to me is very convenience and walking distance to various shopping areas so all is wonderful. I will definitely book into this hotel again when i visit next time. They are simply amazing.

Budget hotel”
The staff at this hotel are always polite and helpful, they respond to requests quickly and efficiently. The rooms are small, I booked a twin room for my own single occupancy and that was reasonable. The room is not really clean and is damp due to inadequate plumbing which means there is water seepage to the room below and from above. It was also unfortunate that the hotel wi-fi was down for nearly 2 full days but perhaps that is a general problem with most of a Yangon. The air-conditioning is cool enough and the bed is comfortable. The noise level from outside the room is disturbing as the door is thin and has gaps between the frame and the door itself. Breakfast is basic with rice porridge and vermicelli and no coffee. There are some cafés around the area within walking distance.

Reasonable but woefully short in basics”
Given hotel prices in Yangon, it was reasonably priced, but did not have basic 3-star amenities. For example, there was no phone in the room, no elevators, rooms were too small without almost any storage space. The bathroom took a chunk out of the room by being a space enclosed by glazed glass, providing limited privacy. Finally the television programming was not catered for international travellers at all. Only recommended if you want something reasonable and clean.

The hotel is located on the road which is well known to all the taxi drivers. Can easily be found and near many local restaurants. The hotel room is a bit small but well decorated and clean. The wifi is accessible in the room though it is slow but works. The hotel is well prepared for the blackout and air conditioner can still be used during the blackout.

Helpful and friendly staffs”
The room is small but just for me is ok and it suited me just to sleep and go out. Air con is nice, not noisy, not too cold and not blow direct to the bed. They provide 2 bottles of water everyday. Staffs are so helpful, they looked for bus number for me to go to downtown and wrote on paper with Myanmar language since the bus has no Arabic number on. They helped call taxi and showed me where money exchanges are. Very impress with their concern to client.

Pleasant stay for fair price”
Compared with other guest houses / hotels this was probably our cleanest hotel in Myanmar. Prices are fair for Yangon area, especially as prices are ridiculous in this city. Everything can be reached by taxi or local transport, Shwedagon / City is approx 15 min taxi drive away.

It's easy to take a yangon city coach to Sule pagoda, china town, Shwe dagon pagoda and Aung mingalar highway bus station. Unfortunately, the bathroom is too small.
