10/10, very clean, nice staff, quiet ”
I've stayed at a bungalow for 2 nights which was for myself and my own bathroom. No warm water but it wasn't necessary, no AC just a fan which I was a bit skeptical about but it was totally fine. Very clean, enough room with a little porch to chill at, perfect location, just a few minutes to the beach, bars, shops, night market but still quiet at the bungalows to get good sleep. Very friendly staff, they also helped me finding the best option to get to my next hostel! If you are looking for a party hostel this is not the place to be, it's perfect for a nice and chill stay though. I definitely recommend staying there and will be back, best hostel so far!

Good value for Lamai”
Having wanted to revisit Lamai again after my original visit in 2008 this bungalow seemed to be a good fit both price and location wise - from the map it’s a short distance to the beach. The bungalow itself was clean and functional, although quite small and old. It’s very much for your budget backpacker. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Lamai itself was far to commercialised and getting to the beach, which is a shadow of it’s former paradise self, was probably a 10 minute walk due to access to the beach being restricted by hotels filling every space on the beach side of the road. So in summary, bungalow fine and good value if you want to visit the busy and over commercialised Lamai.

Relaxing stay”
Lovely place set in nice garden surround. Fairly quiet and staff very helpful. Would have stayed longer, but lockdown starting and I needed to pay a bit less.

Great Value”
I had an aircon room rather than a bungalow and have to say that whilst Samui is definitely not my favourite destination in Thailand, this place offers fantastic value for money if you do find yourself having to go. Room was basic, large, clean , everything worked well, and it was great value for money. It's also just a couple of mins from the beach. However, what made this place so very special was the super-friendly staff, especially Aum who runs the place and goes out of her way to help. definitely a great find.

Lovely stay ”
Very simple accommodation with everything you need. Fairly sized rooms, bathroom with lovely cold shower. Just far enough from the main road to be quiet (except for the birds chirping in the morning). The staff at reception are extremely friendly and made our stay so nice. Would definitely come back just because of the friendliness of the staff. They gave us tips on where to explore and how to do it cheaply. Absolutely loved the weekender bungalow

Lovely Stay in Quiet Location”
Ended up staying for 2 weeks. Bungalow is basic with a fan (good quality and was effective, but I was staying in August so abit cooler). WiFi works really well. No restaurant on-site unfortunately. Lady on reception is super nice, friendly and speaks very good English. The bungalows are set well back from the main strip so you won't hear any music. There was some construction going on during the day (not to do with the owner). You can negotiate price if you're staying longer.

Okay at 320 Baht per night. Not worth more.”
These are nice enough, primitive beach bungalows; but be aware: 1. No hot water 2. No AC 3. Mattress is hard a rock. 4. Pillows are old (and you’ll wonder if you have lice - I did not) The value here is in the prices remaining cheap for those willing or forced to tough it out; and the location is ideal for the busier parts of otherwise quieter Lamai Beach. Staff is superb but the office has limited daytime hours only. I think the online ratings are too high, though.. seems to me this is a 7.0 or 7.5 on Agoda, at best - or a 3-star on Trip Advisor. If they are charging more than 320 Baht, you can do much better nearby.

Basic bungalow ”
Good location right off the Main Street, but dirty bathroom I have stayed in many basic bungalows on my stay and they have varied but it just needs a good scrub, we happened to be there when power went off for a few hours during the night the huge hotel right behind our bungalow put on a huge generator at 11pm and we couldn’t even hear each other talking, other than that nice front desk staff very helpful, nice balcony and good fan.

Bungalow Review”
I'll start off with the positives I found, and that is that the property is beautiful, it's right next to a 7/11 & a short walk to the beach. As for the bungalow I stayed in, if you are looking for a primitive experience, then you might enjoy it. The toilet is a bucket flush toilet. The bathroom had three cement walls, which each had window holes about mid-body level. So personally I did not feel comfortable showering or going to the bathroom in it. As with many bungalows, it's not fully sealed. So don't be surprised if you find a few crawlies on you. The bedding is just a fleece blanket. There are long screened windows going around the top of the walls, so you hear everything around you. Including the person next door using the toilet or getting intimate.. I'm sure some people don't mind this type of room & some like it. But I left after 1 night. It was worth paying 13 dollars a night to stay in a A/C hotel with ocean views, free water & coffee, TV, pool & balconies.

Good base for the night”
I wanted to enjoy the nightlife and beach of Lamai for one night. This was a very cheap place to rest and leave my bag before moving on the next day.

10/10 place amazing!! ”
This place is even better then the pictures. We have been travelling Asia for ten months now and this is the best place we have stayed and for such little money 😂 it’s amazing- the view, the staff (Bella is unreal), the room is so clean and spacious and breezy as it’s so high up and the balcony windows open up completely. Loved staying here! Thank you Bella.

Extremely friendly staff, simple bungalow ”
We only stayed for a night, for budget travellers, cheap price, you get what you pay for but it's enough for resting after exploring the island, location is central but it's close to a lot of lady bars
