Nice River View of Tainan”
I was under the impression of a newly established hotel, and it turned out to be a 30-year old hotel with apartment buildings. I booked two rooms with a river view. One room is very spacious and another room is small. The breakfast selection was great! I like the value and location of this place. I will return.

It's an alright hotel/ Suggest booking with Agoda”
The hotel itself has a unique antique feeling to it, price is good and alright breakfast, clean and they usually listed like 70-100$. but I booked with Agoda they only offered 50$ which is really worth it.

Great Location in Anping”
Walking Distance to Anping old street, 5 mins drive to the beach. Room was spacious and comfortable. Parking is free in the basement and the buffet breakfast was very generous.

staff is kind n always try to help. a little bit pricey, the room is not as spacious as imagine since the design is bathroom r located in middle where single bed is at the entrance, not enough chair or table. but one can always choose to sit outside, for eg the quite huge reception area. almost 1km to fort zeelandia n tree house, if weather is good, then its a good walk along the river, or else, quite tiring

Decent but nothing special”
I was misled by the huge Agoda discount and the 4 star listing, but I suspect this isn't a genuine price point. The hotel is only a small part of a large building and is caught in between the historic sights on the shore and the centre of town, so it's not really convenient for anything. That said, it's clean and comfortable, and the decor is classy if not a bit old. They also have free bicycle rentals which make getting around the city much easier and greatly offsets its location. Unfortunately, the staff, while being polite, were not very professional, mainly because their English was very poor, which is why I rated their service down somewhat.
