Great Location for the New Year”
We were on a high floor overlooking Saigon River and District 1,&4. It was a good place to spend during the New Year. Before 12 am we went down by Saigon River watching the fireworks. We had a good view of the event, we took lots of photos and our family enjoyed the sight. Some Tips: When you get to the apartment, see to it the TV is working. The staff tried to fix it but it didn't work. Check that you have the utensils too. We asked them for a rice cooker which they then provided us along with the cooking pans. You need to ask one of the staff to get you to the floor as the lift requires finger prints and a card which they couldn't provide. Generally, the staff were helpful and friendly. 7Eleven is just across the small street, a very short distance from the residence. Easy to get taxi/Grab.

Big, Clean, Comfy ”
Had a very nice stay here. Is a little bit quieter but we love it. Felt more relax and room had a great view too! Staff are very very nice and help us a lot !

Stayed for a night.. unit is very clean.. check in was a breeze but please ensure to liaise with the staffs and well inform of your arriva date and estimated time. View fm balcony was breathtaking and I enjoyed the night viewing the beautiful skyscraper and Saïgon river. The property shud consider to add in dish washing liquid and washing sponge as there is none available... washing of utensils could be a challenge without those.

Make sure to organise with the host prior arriving to the complex. Apartment is amazing.. so clean so luxurious. Everything is made in details. Im so impressed. The host has fantastic customer service. The view is incredible.

I got put into a different room”
Before you book, call them in advance to make sure you are gonna stay in the correct room. I was put into an apartment that looked completely different than the one I had booked. The one I booked had a view over the city's center and was much bigger, while the one they let me stay in was much smaller and had a terrible view. I complained to the staff about this but they told me there was nothing they could do. I couldn't change the apartment because they were fully booked. I arrived late so I had no choice but stayed. No refunds were offered. The staff later admitted that the photos on Agoda were mixed up, but still, no refunds or discounts were offered. Also, there is this inconvenience: every time you need to go up to your apartment, you need the staff to unlock the door to the elevators for you. When I was there, the staff were away and I had to wait for about 10 minutes. The pluses: the apartment is clean, quiet and has all the amenities you need.

The place is very nice and quiet but do take note that there is very limited choice for dining and need to go to nearby area for more dining choices or shopping. Have some utensils to do some simple cooking.

I think it’s a nice place and great residential area but I think if you want to see the actions then you should live at like liberty or something. Though getting a trip is no problem. Better for families rather than 2 friends like me!

Not A Hotel”
This is a resident condominium converter to hotel. It’s not a registered Hotel also. Every time you need to call the agent or owner to come & open the security gate to enter lift. Very inconvenient. It’s not 5 star hotel.

Non professional management office & agent”
We travel in a group and book 3 + 3 rooms (2 bedroom apt). Given rooms at block A3 & A2 which have totally different sizes, design etc. Not par for hotel service which typically using agent as “doorman” to enter into the lift. Need to call & wait for the agent or management office sometimes up to 30min to use their fingerprint as access card to the units floor. Not practical process. Towel not provided after numerous request & only next day the housekeeping arrive. Guest or room need to be check-in by 10pm which is not practical if u arrive late from airport. Service given not up to the expectation for this kind of room rate far from the main road.

Das Appartement konnte nur zum Schlafen genutzt werden. Die Pools, Gym,... konnte man nicht nutzen, da man nur mit Fingerscann die Aufzüge bedienen konnte. Wir hatten keine Freigabe für Aufzüge, d. h. wir mussten immer eine Person vom Nachbargebäude holen, der uns unsere Etage freigeben hat. Das war sehr unkomfortabel. Kein Wasserkocher, kein Besteck, keine Teller... im Appartment.

隣にセブンイレブン、近くのはカフェ、お部屋や設備はすごく良いのですが... レジデンスの入り口がセキュリティーの為、指紋認証のオートロックがかかります。出るのは大丈夫ですが、入る時は指紋が登録されているスタッフに開けてもらわないといけません。しかも向かいのビルのオフィスまで呼びに...予約時にそんな記載はなかったと思いますが；外出するのが億劫になりました。もうこのホテルは選びません

まだ新しいサービスapartmentで、ホテル用として管理されている部屋のためアメニティやタオル、バスローブも完備され、毎日クリーニングも入り快適でした。 まだ新しい建物のせいか、タクシーが必ず迷ってなかなか辿りつかないのは困りました。 住所が共通して別の場所にたどり着くため、地図を見せた方がわかりやすく、またアパート名は別にあるので、そちらを示した方がすんなり到着します。 施設内はまだコンビニ程度しか使えるものがなく、 食事は近くのレストランに行く必要があります。 このホテルの最大の欠点はキーカードがもらえないこと。部屋はチェックインで教えてもらえるパズコードで入れますが、建物の入り口、エレベーターにはキーカードが必要で、それは毎回スタッフに連絡するか、フロントに行き開けてもらうシステムです。 うっかり部屋に忘れ物をして取りに行く、少しだけ部屋に戻りたい等の場合にかなり不便さを感じました。 とくに英語が苦手な同行者がいる場合はこのシステムはかなりキツいです。
