My first experience in miri”
hotel is clean. at level 1 there's coway water dispenser which is really convenient for customer. it's so 'sempoi' i can say, and really minimize the physical interaction. guess, we only need to scan ic and take the room card and checkin immediately after that. p/s: no deposit needed weiii haha. that/s the most happy things. because i can say all hotel need the deposit. but this, really good. however, the staff that always answer the phone, please be more proffesional during answer the call, and like u should welcome your customer instead of layan us like so cincai. and also the instruction please be more clear. like, once customer reach counter, ask them to call and explain what to do next instead of customer living in question mark. that's all i can say. thanks to the indonesian cleaner who taught us to do the scan for verification things in the counter after the staff that answer the phone leave us question mark. huhu

only stayed overnight for 6 hours. able to check in even though I arrived close to midnight. Could use some new bedsheets and blankets, otherwise pretty good and cheap place especially if you are driving. there's a water dispenser too, which was exactly what I needed at that moment.

Spider web is found and not new. Shower hose missing but still fixed within same evening. Housekeeping must not overlook these basic things.

Good : 1. Self check-in and fast response from the lady who answer the call. 2. Friendly cleaning lady. 3. Plenty option of places to eat nearby (although mostly are non-Halal, there's a Mamak, hot cross bun and halal pizza& pasta eatery nearby. 4. Airconditioner functioned well Need to improve : 1. Cleanliness of the common area. 2. Upon entering the room, the cleanliness is acceptable, but I am very very very disturbed by the unpleasant odour coming from the toilet, perhaps due to the sewage system? Bcs eventhough I cleaned the toilet and put some air freshener, the foul smell still exist. 3. Room is without window and has a limited space for Muslims to solat.

room very dirty, water from bathroom leaking and floor near bed wet, can hear people voice conversation from other room very clear, cockroach is everywhere! no table or area to put your handbag, cannot put on floor because of wet... not comfortable at all, water heater not functioning...

If you familiar with miri town it good to have just 1 night here…all the checks in and check out you have to do it by your self (call the property owner) and you can’t request for extra hour stay at this hotel couse all the electricity auto shutdown 🤣 even when you request with extra payment.
