Too far away from Taoyuan airport. We were looking for a hotel close to airport and was told by the hotel staff that it is close and about $200 by taxi. It turned out to be over $600 from hotel to airport, and over $500 between railway station and hotel.

Hotel with breakfast”
From airport, taxi takes about 20mins ride and costs about slightly less than NT$500. Taxi driver didn't know the hotel so thankfully, booking had hotel address. Hotel is somewhat dated but room was big and wifi reasonable. Breakfast spread was okay and it is near to Hutoushan park, Jingfu temple and the tourist night market (which is smaller than the Zhongli Ximing one - for those who don't know). We didn't know it would be near to the Taoyuan New Year's countdown party at a open park nearby so we had many local revellers staying in the hotel too. The mood at the park was festive and many singers performed and of course, it was very crowded.

Hotel locaton is quite good. walking distance about 700m to night market. Hotel room is spacious but abit old. There are alot of eateries along the street.

Great Place to transit”
Our flight arrived late in the night, we were scheduled for a connecting Train to KaoHsiung the next morning. It maybe a short taxi ride from airport to hotel, but it's very much cheaper than the nearest "transit hotel". Hotel staff were friendly.

Location, car park and comfy room. ”
Well the good thing about this hotel is they have their own car park which is a plus point. Simple breakfast, close to the night market and not too far from the airport, its good for short stay.

Paper thin walls but near night market”
I did not have a good stay because the room walls are paper thin and i could hear all the activities in the next room. The hotel is decent enough but the gym is non-existence. The proximity to the night market is a plus.

Not that comfortable”
It was not good enough. The bed is not that big and Wifi there did not work well and there is also a very strange thing happened, that was someone kept knocking on the door of our room while we were sleeping. I have to say it scared me a little bit at that mid-night. By the way, it happened twice.

Not to my expectation ”
We booked this hotel after reading the good reviews on Agoda -- unfortunately it was our worst stay over a 10-day trip. Service was lacking. We arrived in the rain but there was only 1 lady staff at the front desk, so we had no help with unloading our luggage. Booked a family suite but was given a much smaller room. Thankfully when I asked if we were given the correct room, the problem was rectified speedily. Our rooms were newly renovated but the carpet was quite dirty. I borrowed a carpet roller from the hotel and did a couple of rolls myself -- horrified at the amount of hair and dust picked up. Beds and sheets were clean but there was a thick layer of dust at the headboard. Room was cold as it was not possible to adjust room temperature. Breakfast ends early at 9am. Not suitable for family with young children because by the time we got the kids ready for breakfast, there was hardly any hot food left.

easy access to the airport, takes 40 min taxi ride, and room is quite large, and not much space left after placing the luggage, and the air conditioner is old-styled (on/off only).

Dusty rooms”
Our room was newly renovated but the air conditioning had no heater function. The room was too cold for comfort on cold and rainy night. It did not help that the duvet covers are made of satin and kept slipping off. While our room looked clean, somehow it felt very dusty, and my face itched the whole night. Breakfast ends early at this hotel. The hotel stopped replenishing hot food after 0830, it was not a very good feeling to be scraping the food trays for one's breakfast. There was
