Great for children”

Hotel has very nice outdoor pool for children as well as good indoor area. The two bedroom apartment was very large and comfortable. Good selection for breakfast and dinner too. Overall we had a great time.
Breakfast / dinner room was a bit too cramped with tables quite close to each other.

It is big enough and almost all facilities are clean
Important to mention that the 99% of the wellness is clean and neat, the only part I did not like was the indoor family pool has some mold in the tiles, this gives the impression of being dirty. The other part I did not like at all, is they have cages with bunnies trapped in it, I understand it can be a good thing for kids but the bunnies are too big and they do not have enough space.

For the money which you pay for the hotel level of service is not enough.”

Good aqua zone for the children which is outside. Helps with the taxi.
Meal is not tasty, so many people in the canteen, tables are not enough. Dinner begins from 17:30 and ends at 8.30 pm - is not standard and not comfortable time. Hotel charge only in euro if you book on the booking.com, even if you change currency in forints before the booking. They don’t take payment in forints, only in euro. They don’t let you use the swimming pool and swimming area after the check out (which is at 10.00 am) for free, only for a charge. Prolongation for the room for 1-2 hours after the check out is also for charge. Floor in the inside spa area is dangerous, because is very very slippery.

Tolles Hotel für Familien, völlig ungeeignet für kinderlose Auszeiten”

Sehr freundliches, kompetentes Personal, sehr gute Betten, schöne Aussicht, gute Lage, ausreichend Parkplätze unmittelbar beim Hotel
Das Hotel ist völlig ungeeignet für Paare, die ohne Kinder verreisen. Es wird auch überhaupt nicht darauf geachtet, dass Bereiche, in denen Kinder nichts verloren haben, kinderfrei bleiben (Sauna, 16+ Pool etc.). Eltern parken ihre Kinder an den Spielekonsolen in den Flurbereichen, was dazu führt, dass die Kinder bis spät in der Nacht in den Gängen und Fluren herumlaufen und herumschreien. Leider kümmert sich das Hotelpersonal darum überhaupt nicht.

Das Essen allgemein war sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt sehr schön in der Nähe vom See. Nettes Personal, Schöner Pool, Parkplätze, eigener Bereich für Eltern mit Kindern.

ALLES war PERFEKT! Vom Hotel, Zimmer, Aufenthaltsräume, Wellnessbereich bis hin zur Außenanlage! Am meisten hat uns das Kinderangebot und das Essen gefallen! :)
Es gehört definitiv (für den Winter zumindest) eine Rauchmöglichkeit/ ein Raucherbereich im inneren des Hotels. Es war sehr unangenehm, dass man aus dem Badeoutfit ins Winteroutfit wechseln muss um nur eine Zigarette rauchen zu wollen.
