Our check-in time is 2PM and the check out time is 12PM.
This is a self check in house, please read our house manual as soon as booking completed, it is very important to make sure you have a smooth check in. We will not be responsible to any complain arising from not reading our house rules and house manual.
Please state the headcount clearly, we reserve the right to deny your check in for incorrect head count.
Late check out is available at RM10 per hour up to 1pm if requested in advance. For late check out without informing or turn our cleaners away after they have arrived, we will deduct Rm60 from your security deposit without informing too.
Strictly no SMOKING, penalty is RM100. If the next guests request to cancel the booking due to cigarette smell, we will need you to bear the full cancellation cost.
Strictly no DURIAN, RM200 penalty applies.
No shoes in the house.
Turn off all power not in use or when leaving the home.
Strictly NO PARTY, if found having party, Rm100 will be charged from the deposit or guests will be asked to leave without refund.
We will collect a security deposit of RM 100. If there is no damage or violate of our house rules, we will not deduct your deposit at all. It will be refunded in full.
We are not hotel, you have to be responsible for whatever you have broken or stained. We charge double of the price for dishonesty, please tell us what you have damaged upon checking out.

我们不是酒店,房东是以自己的家出租给房客居住,万一如果不小心弄坏或损坏了家里的家私或物品或摆设等,又或者弄肮脏地毯或沙发等,请必须诚实交代｡如果发现那些不诚实或没有交代的房客,房东会收比原价高一倍的价钱收费｡所以避免这样的情况发生,如果有什么被损坏的物品,请在您退房前告诉我们｡
如果没有任何的损坏,我们是完全不会扣除您的底押金｡
Not getting the room that we want”
I am travelling with my friends and on that day we were informed that the room that we want were given to other ppl as the system did not show that the room wasa sold out,so we were asked to go to other room and place which quite dissapointing,the parking also hard there and the toilet were smelly too.I do hope this will not happen to anyone else.

I like the location, it's all walking distance to CBD. The weather is good, and the people are friendly. Wi-Fi is available all the time. Common area is clean. Room is comfortable and big enough for a small family.

Really worth every ringgit I spend. My family are here for a long stay. My mom love this place and how spacious the room. The balcony is the charm for this room! Eventhough I didnt met the host at all but the check in and check out are super easy. Parking a bit hassle during lunch time but other that, it is easy to park. Can use Penang Parking apps to pay the parking too. The hostel situated in quiet neighbourhood but not far from tourist place.

Very near to Penang Adventist Hospital. Very helpful landlord try to fulfill my request. Comfortable rooms and warm lighting. Only the toilet need to clean up because full of spider web. Overall satisfy.
