Great location for the beach but be ready for noise”

The property is literally on the beach, and also short walking distance from some nice bistros and supermarket. The property was clean and spacious and it had all basic tools except for kettle. Also shower gel and other toiletries were missing but not expected from an apartment.
The parking is the public parking for the beach so it is very challenging to find a spot especially at peak hours. As the property is on the beach, it is noisy and there is a nightclub just behind the wall so be ready with earplugs. The owners warn you about it but still you need to spend the night there.

There was no water in the room!”

Location was really good, right next to the beach however There was also a nightclub nearby. Noise was not really an issue for us but in case you are looking for a peace of my mind you should think twice.
The room has all the basics that you can expect from an apartment but nothing special. The main issue was, There was almost no water in the room during our stay. We were told by the staff that There s a water shortage around due to some water pipe burst. I believe There should always be a Plan B for such unexpected situations If you are operating hotel/apartments. Unfortunately, We couldn't really use the bathroom properly... Couldn't even take a shower. For this reason, I wont be able to share a good feedback about this facility.

Positiv war Aussicht und Lage grandios. Preis Leistungen super. Kommunikation mit Betreiber makellos. Würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen 😁
Negativ war Betten etwas zu hart für uns. Und leider waren an der Decke Spinnen und Spinnweben zu hause. Dank Besen der in Unterkunft war, war dies kleine problem schnell behoben.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem Teil vom Strandbad in dem auch Parties stattfinden bis morgens um 4 Uhr. Wir haben kein Auge zugetan. Ich möchte auch klarstellen dass es keinen privaten Strandzugang gibt. Der Zugang ist das Strandbad und dafür zahlt man Eintritt. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Näher kann man nicht an See sein. Wer gerne alleine ist bekommt ein vollständiges aber kleines Appartment mit Küche, Kühlschrank und schönem Bad. Klimaanlage ist auch vorhanden aber wir haben bei offenem Fenster geschlafen da es In der Nacht sehr ruhig war. Das Bett war mittelhart und gut in Schuss. Late Check in war mit Schlüsselsafe ohne Probleme möglich aber nehmt unbedingt vorher Kontakt zum Vermieter auf da man es nicht leicht findet. Hoffe euch stören die schiefen Böden und der Hausgang nicht, das Gebaude hat schon ein paar Jahre am Buckel. Dem Preis entsprechend darf man sich nicht zu viel erwarten aber für uns war es für kurz genau das Richtige. Viel Spaß

Tiszta, rendezett, gyönyörű kilátás a Balatonra, bejutás gördülékenyen ment.
Érkezéskor az apartmanban körülbelül 12 fok volt, pedig órára pontosan megadtuk az érkezési időpontot, és akkor is érkeztünk. Fűteni csak klímával és egy ici-pici hősugárzóval lehet, de ezek együtt még 6 óra alatt sem voltak képesek érdemben felmelegíteni a szobát. Ráaadásul az ágynemű csak vékony nyári paplant tartlamazott, se vastagabb paplan se plusz takaró nem állt rendelkezésre. Konkrétan állig felöltöve, pulóverben kellett aludnunk, bele se gondolok mi van, ha kint még hidegebb van az amúgy évszakhoz képest (november vége) enyhe időnél. Sajnos ez nagyon elrontotta az élményt, pedig egyébként kellemes kis szállás lenne.
