THE BEST AND CHEAPEST ACCOMMODATION IN VIGAN! SUPER RECOMMENDED!”
WE LOVED IT THERE AND SO WILL YOU! :) WE RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK! :) HONEST REVIEW: POSITIVE: They welcomed us with lemonade which was good as it was very hot outside. The place is also located just 2 blocks from Calle Crisologo. The staff were very nice and very helpful. Room assigned to us was on the 2nd floor and is big enough for 2. The shower in the bathroom has lots of water (yey!). They've provided us with complete hygiene kits and towels. There's TV with cable channels, table, chair, dressing cabinet, water heater and free coffee for 2. The aircon is very cold in a good way. What's best in the room is the bed as it was very cozy and clean. The breakfast was also fantastic! NEGATIVE: Probably the only negative thing I can say about this is the fact that they only have like 2 spots of parking spaces on the side of the road in front of the hotel. Other than that, all is very good! :) WE ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDS THIS! :)

Excellent Location and Good for the money”
Pros: • near Calle Crisologo • room is clean, they have complete toiletries (shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, towel) • complimentary breakfast is good however, some of the food are not available. • we arrived early so they allowed us to leave our things, if you want to check in early, you need to pay 300/hour. • after check out, they allowed us also to leave our things again in the reception area • staff are friendly, very polite and helpful • receptionist extended help by calling partas to inquire about the bus schedules Cons: • water pressure is so strong and the bidet was leaking and it broke. • they offered to replace our room but we decided to stay because it was already late at night I would definitely recommend this place for the value of money and location.

I must say, this place was one of the highlights of our Ilocos trip. The place was well managed and very neat. All the staff were friendly and helpful. At first we were worried because we thought there will be no available parking. But they helped us fast and made no hassle. And the one that I appreciate the most is that when I left my ID, they contacted me and kept it for me until my friend was able to claim it. God bless this hotel. Will surely come back :)

Surprisingly, their food was the best among the 4 restaurants we ate at in Vigan. The Staff were friendly and efficient. And the two girls on the front desk were pretty too! Location is good, we just walked everywhere. Room was spotless. We really enjoyed it here.

Pros: - Very good location. Literally less than a minute walk to Calle Crisologo. - They have a dedicated parking area that can fit up to 5 vehicles. - Neat, welcome drinks, fruits and cofee. - Staff is generally nice. For improvement: -Restaurant service can still improve (long wait times for orders even during breakfast considering they have an "almost fixed"menu -WiFi did not work. They gave WiFi slips that had incorrect (or maybe outdated/old password). We didn't bother checking with the staff because we had good mobile data signal in the area. Overheard another guest had same concern, too.

Thank you for this review Ma’am/Sir! We’re looking to improve our food service as we’re understaffed due to the pandemic as we couldn’t find a qualified applicant. But rest assured, we will definitely improve on this. As for our WiFi signal, we only have the globe postpaid wifi. We will only need some extenders for some rooms as other rooms have a low connectivity while other rooms have stable and good connection and speed. Amidst all these, we hope you still enjoyed your stay here at the West!

The place is near to all tourist spots within the area👍🏻, bus terminal and authentic restaurants. Very good service👍🏻 especially the staffs on duty during holidays. They accommodate us despite of early arrival (past midnight). Very much appreciated 👍🏻coz we have 7 yr old kid. Great place to stay👍🏻

Staff are excellent, whenever we had request, it was given or done right away. We booked 2 rooms on May 18, our room in the 3rd floor was okay, except that toiletries wasnt readily available, I had to phone them to have it requested. Also, wifi was an issue, I called the receptionist and she said she'll have it reset, I think it worked for a bit and then it stopped again. I didnt bother anymore, since I was busy with my. In my mom's and sister's room, the phone was working, no dial tone, so whenever they need something, she'd text me and then I would be thenone calling from thenphone in our room. Shower doesnt have a sliding door, so according to my Mom, after she took a bath, the toilet floor was all slippery because there wasnt a door in the shower. Same thing with the toiletries, itbhad to be requested. Their food at the resto is a gem, everything was delicious. Overall, it was a good stay.

Location is perfect! Few steps away from Calle Crisologo. I just notice that they are under staff. During our breakfast, serving time of our food was really too long. They only have one staff taking orders and serving the food. Plus, cleaning the tables too! Kawawa po si Kuya. :)

Best location in Vigan. Right at the heart of the city. The room given to us is very clean but a bit small. A bit noisy also due to the sound of the water pump of the hotel. We requested to be moved to another room but the next room had no windows so we chose to stay in the first room given to us. The water pressure from the bidet is so strong it’s hard to use. The shower is not quite fixed because the faucet wont stop pouring eventhough it’s already shifted to the shower. The tv is not working. The food is great. Wide variety of choices and delicious too. The staff are all nice and polite.

1mins walk from famous calle crisologo. Very clean & attentive & friendly staff. - no pool. It would be better if theres one but the hotel is a bit small.

Good location. Near to the main street and all attractions but quiet, clean, and not so busy. The receptionist is professional. However, the facility needs to be improved. We heard the very loud noise every 10-20 mins. We guessed it was from its water tank or pressure pomt from the 3rd floor.

Pros - The location is good, very near Calle Crisologo. It's about less than a block away :) - The staff were approachable. - The room was nice and clean. - There's a hot and cold shower. - Since they don't have an available parking space, they paid for our parking fee during our stay. Cons - They don't have a designated parking space, only the half of the street/road right across the hotel (but there's a pay parking about 2-3 blocks walk from the hotel) - None of the staff helped us unload our stuff from the car so we had to walk about 3 blocks carrying all our stuff. - The rooms work on key card system, but unfortunately ours was broken. One of the staff went through the room's window to unlock the room for us! - Upon checking in, they already asks your preference for the next day's breakfast like ordering in advance I suppose but come breakfast time, they informed me that my order isn't available. I can't find the purpose of their "advance" ordering system bec of that incident.

Although we arrived far to early from Manilla( 4 am ) staff was very helpful and arranged us a small room for a small fee so we could get some sleep.
