Excellent cleanliness! Clean rooms and super clean linens and towels. Excellent friendly staff. Quiet location near a great Hibachi Buffet close by! Will highly recommend this place to any traveler.
I am visiting from overseas and was getting around by public transport, however there is no safe way for a pedestrian to cross Busse Road to get to the bus stop on the western side of Busse Road. The traffic signals at Busse Road/E Higgins Road do not have signals that allow a pedestrian to cross in this direction. I ended up having to run across Busse Road which at t...
booked this room not knowing the area, however was quite please it was a nice area with several places to eat. you could catch the train not far and head into the mall area. The area room was clean and the breakfast was adequate, only complaint no tea
The front desk staff members are too lax. They accidentally charged me twice during check-in. I had to call Agoda myself and confirm that this was a pre-paid reservation. Upon realizing their mistake, the night auditor AND the morning front desk agent refused to apologize. The front desk service is extremely unacceptable. Save yourself the hassle, and book elsewhere.
If you are near O'Hare, it's a good place to stay.
I didn't try the food so ignore my 3 for that. I had a wonderful stay without any problems. If I need to be in that part of town again, I would certainly book there again.
Ursula at the front desk was very present when checking in on Sat Oct 12th. Our 1st floor room with king bed was clean and nice. We will be back again soon.
The room isnt very clean ,but with this price is ok
Stayed with my sister had great time staff was very helpful other when we asked for a sec. beer the man said they were done at 7:00 I was told 7:30 he got upset and asked if I thought he wasn't telling the truth. would stay again W McElhaney
