" We stayed in a room with two queen bed’s and one of the beds caved and in the middle severely and was hard as a rock on the sides. Very uncomfortable. There was a ton of grout missing on the bathroom floor and so the tiles moved around and pinched your feet. they definitely need to do some repairs. My parents stayed a few rooms down and didn’t have any issues so it must be hit or miss. "
