Great Stay At This Hotel”
I will give Westbury hotel 8 out of 10 stars. The staff is very helpful in helping me on the tour info and allow me for early check-in. The location is extremely convenience and it is just 3 minutes walking distance to the earls court underground station. Even though the room is small but this is really not a show stopper as we normally will hang around outside for the while day and room is only for rest and sleep. No problem at all. Furthermore, the room is clean and facilitated with hair dryer, safety case and kettle. I will definitely to stay at this hotel again next time..

Best hotel! Excellent location! ”
The room is very small but it's mostly the case for hotels in Europe. Kasha, the receptionist, was super nice and friendly. She makes an effort to really call us by our names and gives us tips. The hotel is also a couple of minutes away from Earl's Court Station so it was so easy to navigate as it has both Picadilly and District lines. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm back in London! :)

Great value at the centre of London”
Staff were great, breakfast was absolutely brilliant, typical breakfast buffet, room was small (as described) but had everything we needed: warm shower, working TV - which we didn't use - comfortable bed. We were looking for a cheap, fairly central, safe, comfortable place with good breakfast included to be able to maximise our time in London and that is exactly what we got, with the added bonus of the staff being very good to us. Very happy, would stay again for sure.

Pleasant enough hotel for short term stay.”
Travelled down for a gig in London so only here x2 nights. Decent hotel which I'd recommend. **Pros** Comfy bed and pillows! Got a good nights sleep. Great location - lots of local amenities and close to Earls Court Tube station. Fresh room every day. Bed made and fresh towels provided. **Improvements** Rooms could be a little cleaner. Not terrible though. Don't think this is a three star hotel. Most definitely a two. A small fridge would be great in room. Noise proofing not the best at times. Doors slamming and people shouting in hall BUT quieter later in evening. Bathroom quite small but functional. Toilet and shower worked which is the main thing! ***Would definitely book again if I got a good price. ***

Good hotel for a good prise”
I never met such a friendly and helpful staff. Even when I asked to print something there was no problem. Rooms are small but super clean and maintained, beds comfortable, great location. London is expensive so for this price it was a luxury. However, if you require twin bed I recommend to call them asap because they have very little twins.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Continental breakfast was delicious and a bonus to have. The rooms are small but being in London you're only there to sleep anyway!! Nice shower!! Plenty of eats and pubs close by!!

A hotel at central location ”
Second stay here this year. Impressed by Catherine, the Ms Knows-everything, at the reception. She was very keen to help us with all the queries we had. Quite location with easy reach to either Earl's Court or Gloucester Road Underground station. Will definitely stay there again if happen to be in London in the future.

Perfect for a working stay over”
Exceeded my expectations . It's clean and basic. Comfortable bed. Not in the slightest romantic but everything one needs when working over at the exhibitions. Cereal and toast breakfast included so great value for this part of London - save money for eating out instead!

Value for money for short stay”
We found the hotel easily in a quiet street which suited us, no busy traffic since we were struggling with heavy bags for a month's stay in UK & Netherlands. Very safe, it was the cheapest accommodation which was near enough to the next connection if our "grand tour" of England, Scotland, Wales & Ireland.

Our room was in the basement. Room is for 4, and has 4 single beds packed together with very little space left. There is no room for furniture like chairs or tables. A small closet next to the door and the bathroom only allows one person standing. Cleanliness is acceptable. The only reason for choosing this hotel is the price.

Very small, but a good base”
The room was tiny. Tiny. But it wasn't expensive and in a great location, within zone 1 and a short 3 minute walk from the underground. Not the best night's sleep we've ever had, but for a short stay in London, it won't break the bank. Staff were friendly. We could leave our bags after check out.

Convenient location, pretty small, good value”
I stayed here with my friend and it was hilariously small. That being said, it was much less expensive than surrounding hotels. It was clean and very near the Earl's Court underground station. The staff was very sweet and helpful - we arrived very early in the morning and the woman at the desk helped us get checked in early.

I was very pleased with the accommodation, the family room was quite spacious (nice surprise!) The staff made us feel at home and was always available in case of need. Great location, close to both Earls Court and Gloucester Road.

Too small to be comfortable”
If you come to London and only need a place to sleep, you could consider this hotel, but similar hotels near King's Cross are 20 pounds cheaper per night including a better (english) breakfast. The back rooms are very quiet and the staff is friendly. Double beds are bad.

Convenient and well priced but tiny rooms ”
Tiny rooms with squeaky floors, bathroom could use some mould killer. Otherwise a good deal being so close to Earls Court and lots of restaurants n cafes close by.
