Went for my 22nd birthday with my boyfriend and overall it was very appealing! The pool was great we sat under the cabana and drank mimosas which were also very nice! Great hotel for doing business or shopping at the Mall. Staff was very friendly, but we arrived at 2am and had to get our own bags to the room as the bellman was nowhere to be found. This made our arrival feel a bit like we were at a Best Western. It would have been nice, as a business traveler to have complimentary internet.

It was nice stay, staff is nice and always ready to help specially front desk, breakfast was good but need to add some more hot stuff, AC was bit noisy, laundry is a big help specially if you r travelling with young kids, overall we enjoy our stay here.

Blocked plumbing. Dirty carpet. Low water pressure. Squeeky water handles. Just low budget blue-colour motel full of labourers.

Staff service was good. Easy check in and check out. Hotel was clean and rooms were very roomy. It was close to an IHOP that we could walk to. Best of all, was the price. Very reasonable for 2 king rooms. I was pleased with our stay.

Need to extend my booking last min as I realised I made booked the hotel incorrectly to end one day earlier. It was nice that my stuffs are not turned out when I return. And I managed to get the same room with their help as well. Only thing is that I got them to assist with getting a ride to IAH airport and the 30+min ride in the morning cost me $70 (to my surprise)....

There is no security in parking lot, room is only clean if you stay over 7 days. Guest must take dirty towers to front desk and exchange the clean towers. Because it is low budget hotel....

Not friendly and offensive I called it in the duty of customer services. Prior to moving in the hotel, I was in the next door motel 2 nights with a broken heater in many room changing experiences. After this incident, I was still being miss treated. Could you understand my frustration in hospitality industrial business?

Very nice And polite staff, very clean hotel. I made a reservation through agoda and I thought We would have free breakfast which is what it said but turned out we had to paid for breakfast. It is the only complaint I have.

Service & Location, etc is good!

The location is the main upside of this hotel. In general, the hotel is clean and check-in process is simple. All in all, it's worth paying for. Still, there should be a doorknob sign for Room Service cuz sometimes the housekeepers come in too early and we ended up having to tell the reception every time we left the room.
