Western Sydney hotels & accommodations

Everything at the Novotel Rooty Hill exceeded my expectations. From the size of the room (king room standard), comfort of the bed, variety of facilities (gym, pool, bowling, RSL) and the taste and variety of breakfast this was a first class stay. We stayed as a couple overnight from Melbourne on our way to a wedding in Western Sydney and the location of this hotel allo...

Arrived just for a night sleepover before heading to Gold Coast. Bed comfortable and room spacious. Details are a bit old and seems like the place was built 30 years ago. A bit disappointed the games room arcade games requires coins. Pool was good. Bathroom needs renovation.

In general I liked staying at The Brown Jug, but there were a couple of things that were disappointing. The first was the shared bathroom facilities. When I saw on the website about shared facilities I imagined that meant between two rooms, but it turned out it meant every room shared them, so that was an eye-opener. The second was all the doors slamming shut. Very n...

The bathrooms & toilets are shared and that is not a problem. However, 2 wash basins out of 4 were not working during my stay and that is a problem. The room lacks a mirror. There is no fridge or kettle in the room. I was told to pay a cash deposit of $50 when I checked in. When I checked out in the morning the reception at the bar was not opened. There was an instr...

we had an event in the local area and the hotel location was ideal for our family. when booking the room it was booked as a maximum three adults, we were a family of two adults and two children, the room fold out bed was great for the kids. the swimming pool was great and strait out the door so we were happy that we could use that facility as well. we got the breakfast...

The plus it was new that is it ..... no internet as it was advertised ... read small print when booking room they took deposit that was 250 ... When I checked in the bathroom still had previous guest dirty soap in the shower the cleaning if you can call it that was very minimum..it took forever to check out The bass hill motel may not be as new but better value

Well, I had booked this hotel at the wee hours on NYE as it was one of the cheapest hotels available. However, I started my year on a horrendous note considering how I was demanded to pay an extra $50 when I had made a call to the reception at 1, asking what was the actual time to check out as no one has prompted us and we had overslept. What started off with "no worri...

Stayed for two nights whilst visiting SMP at Eastern Creek. The room is compact but well laid out and comfortable. 2 complimentary bottles of water provided for each night of my stay and plenty of coffee and tea. Wi-fi was okay. No noise from neighbours and the bed was comfy albeit made up from two singles pushed together. Great rain shower with good pressure and lot...
