Little apartments switched to hotel. I love it. Full kitchen, home away from home. It is a little dated, but it is kept real nice. Staff is all great and real nice. Definitely going to stay here again.

TO MUCH SMOKE !”
Very disappointed it look like a great place but to many people breaking the rules.Now it's more then important to be safe.The pool was way over crowded,people drinking alcohol and smoking all kinds of stuff inwhich is not allowed at the pool.It made me and family uncomfortable and our allergies flare up.The security guard did nothing and even laugh at us.Acutally there was guests smoking everything all over the property and not in there designated smoking area.It made it hard to walk around Its supposed to be a family friendly resort it should be no smoking allowed. As well not enough safety precautions including social distancing.

Half the appliances did not work like the fridge and the living room tv , and the central air on the bedroom had an annoying little sound at night that didn’t let me have a good nights rest

If you love the smell of weed and people yelling night and day this is the place for you. Also youre in sunny vegas. youve sat by the pool all day and just want to order some food.....well i hope you didnt burn your feet too bad cause you have to walk to the gate

The property was lovely and in a perfect location. The deluxe villa was amazing. Felt like being at home. The staff was very professional as well as friendly. Was pleased I could bring my dog, but wish he could have been allowed to sit with me poolside, as he is a service animal. Other than that everything else was great and I look forward to returning next time I'm in Vegas.

Cleanliness rating clarification”
I rated the cleanliness lower as I was expecting similar service to a hotel. For example during the period I was there the garbage was not picked up, the towels were not exchanged, etc. I did fine however, it may be that my expectations were higher.

Older property but good if the price is right”
This is a timeshare. This means you will not get housekeeping except once in a week. (Also you will need to provide your own coffee, etc.) My condo was a large 2 bedroom, 2 bath. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were soft and pressed. The AC and hot water worked great. There are only 2 floors. I recommend one on the top so you do not have to hear footsteps from above. (Unless you have ambulation problems then I recommend the ground floor since there are no elevators) The furniture has not been updated since the 1980's but it works fine. I would return if the price was right (less then $99/night). Be aware you will have to pay for internet.

By chance, I had to clean up a spill on the kitchen floor and the paper towel was pretty bad afterwards and not from the spill. This would be my only not so good response.

I was expecting much better quality room at this price and the ceilings are at 7 feet which makes you feel claustrophobic, there is no provided bottle of water to make the coffee, they are expecting you to use tape water, and the cleanliness is questionable. I would not recommend this hotel at this price its like going to Motel6 but at least there you know what to expect. Thank you
