The lady at the reception was extremely cheerful and welcoming. She was knowledgable of what she had to to. We appreciate her a great asset. I think she is from zim very well spoken. I would recommend you place ports for charging phones as well as offer ashtrays in your balconies for smokers. Apart from that everything was tip top.

Good Central and Safe Place to Stay”
We stayed at the apartments in December 2019 and found the place to be really well kitted out and had ample room that you did not feel that you were on top of each other. The pool and surrounding were big and welcoming and overall we really enjoyed our stay - Would highly recommend over a much pricier hotel. You have to do your own cooking but there is daily housekeeping.

The couches are old and the lounge is seriously dated. The rooms are in need of decor. From the time I entered the loobly I got worried because even that doesn't invoke confidence. Compared to other facilities for similar rates and star rating this facility is not value for money

Westpoint refused entry”
Refused entry, because apparently I accused their cleaning staff of stealing too many times. This was during our FIRST visit and stayed there another 5 times thereafter... Tuesday now and no refund forthcoming, after this stay was supposed to be last Friday. So now they also just steal, disgusting company culture.

We have stayed here several times now and have been very satisfied with it. The accommodation is well furnished and the crockery, utensils, and cookware are in excellent condition. The location is great, there is a local shopping centre (Benmore) very easy walking distance, and the Mandela Square/Sandton City shopping centre is walking distance (check with the concierge for the shortest route).

Apartment was serviced every day, closest shopping at Benmore Gardens which has two supermarkets, about a good 10 minute walk, felt safe but not advisable to walk after 8pm. Also within walking distance is Sandton City Centre for more shopping.
