Great stay”
The location is great, just a few blocks away from Dotombori and the shopping streets, there are several bars and restaurants in the area, that’s why outside it can get a bit noisy at night. The facilities are good, you get a locker in you room but very limited space for luggage, the doors that lead into the rooms are extremely noisy, even if you try to close it slowly(which almost no one does) Breakfast is just bread that runs out very fast, and the hostel has vending machines where you can get sodas and coffee.

Overall Great place to stay in if you want to be at the center of shinsaibashi”
Great location, a 15 min walk from subway, 5 to 10min away from dohtombori, facilities are clean however door is noisy, somehow if you are a light sleeper this will wake you up. No matter how hard you try to close it gently, the door to the room will make sound and the lock of the door is making a lot of noise too. The staff are corteous except for this one woman at the reception, i find her a bit rude/with an attitude. Over all excellent location and place to stay if you plan to stay short term in osaka

I got bug bite during my stay ”
Unfortunately, I got more than 10 bug bites during the stay, I told the receptionist girl in the morning to change the sheet but she didn't when I came back at night. So I had to ask another receptionist girl for the sheet so I had to change by myself.

The hostel just opened on December 23rd this year. Everything is new. I do love the design of this hostel. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They can communicate in English very well. It’s near to Shinsaibashi, but it’s quite a walk from the station. You might find a lot of boozers at night around here, but you don’t have to worry about food here also.

Excellent hostel in Osaka”
I really liked the name White (as Pure) Hostel. Tommy was very welcoming when I check ed in. I felt like at home. The rooms are nice, the hallways are spacious and the bathrooms are super clean. Lots of showers available. I really loved the terrace on my level (you could fell the outside weather). I have made new friends here - the staff was really friendly and helpful! God bless them with a cotinuous flow of kindness in their hearts!

5 minutes walk to either shinsaibashi station or nagahoribashi station. 5 minutes to either dotonbori and shinsaibashi shopping street. 10 minutes to namba. family mart (mini market) is just around the corner. halal food is available across the block. very very convenient.

The hostel is located in the convenient place, just between two subway station. The room in hostel is quite clean and new, also facilities. One of shortcuts for me is that hostel used the passcode to entry, instead of sensory cards, which is a little bit trivial and troublesome, the traveler has to remember 3 sets of passcod, such as the room, elevator and the lobby door. The best service is that staffs are friendly and nice.

Great location, BUT”
The location, staff and cleanliness are great. But I cannot recommend this hostel to anyone because of tiny details: DOORS. Each room (dorm type) has slide type door and normal ones with code. The ones with code are quite hard to open and EXTREMLY NOISY. You need to put lots of effort to open them without making much noise. Most of people won't. Result: noise, all night long. Slamming doors, all night long. Ear-plugins are necessary, but even that won't help much. Would be great place to stay if not for the "door problem".

Great Staff and Service, the location is also superb! It’s near the train station and a few metres away from Dotombori and Kuromon. A great hostel to stay in for those who want to shop till they drop.

Very basic hostel that suitable for a short stay. Unlike other hostels that I stayed before, there is nothing at the common area, no TV no vending machine & etc. What's good is the location, it is very near to market and it's just next to Family Mart.
