Rumble road and under construction ”
The place is located at the end of a Ruble road you would never go down. It's under construction, it's dark, dirty. The owner seems nice and the rooftop restaurant (without any! Views) is cozy but pricey. I feel they should close till they are ready.

Women Traveling Solo - Don't Stay Here!.”
I was propositioned twice before I got my bags into the room, and before I had a working card key. The first was a man working reception who insisted on showing me to my room, card key in hand. His proposition started as soon as the elevator doors closed. It was verbal and direct, and he accused me of being raciest when I refused. The second proposition was a staff member standing with me in the hall while we waited for a working card key. His proposition was suggestive but direct. He entered the next room, sat on the bed and said I should come in and wait with him, maybe I would prefer to stay in this room, I should come in and see if I liked it. I looked through the doorway and said I would wait by my door for the key to arrive. He followed and asked personal questions. He refused to stop the questions until I reminded him I was a paying guest and my life was none of his business. Besides all of this - the place was run down. In the wall separating the room and hallway, and located near to the ceiling, was a rectangular hole where a window used to be - there was a matching window next to it. Someone standing on a chair in the hall and looking through the hole can see the entire room. Also had to ask for towels twice. The shower was great.

Kind staff but under construction”
The staff was very attentionate but don't believe the pictures on the website. The place is now under construction which brings noise and an ugly environment. Good location though !

Hotel should be closed for renovations”
Whilst we were staying renovations were taking place, and it was very noisy and a strange awful smell permeated the always. Internet connection was patchy in all the rooms we had booked. Staff were rude and inhospitable apart from one person at the reception. Rooms were unclean and bed sheets were stained when we arrived, also in one room there was no running water. Do not book unless you want a hassle filled stay at Delhi.

Terrible! Regret every minute of it!”
This was perhaps the worst of my mistakes in booking hotels through your web portal. At the time of booking, your web portal showed this hotel's so- called as a 'premium' room as very pretty, loaded with a fruit basket and a coffee maker. More about all that in a while. First, the hotel's location. I assumed this was at least a clean one ,although when I booked it, I was aware the hotel was in a busy location. "Cleanliness? What does that mean?", the hotel's streets seem to ask. Mounds of filth from sewage, vegetable waste, street hawkers, dug up drains, stray dogs, cows, all freely roamed the streets in and around the hotel day and night. Now for the reception, if you can call it such. It seemed more like a bus station's reservation counter, with space just for you to fill up their large grand book of guest info. Thankfully, the check- in was fast, so I did not have to keep struggling for long there. Next was entry to the 'premium' room. It had never been cleaned, not even after I had called up the hotel from New Delhi airport on landing. I could spot hair, stains, unclean walls, the commode was as clean as the previous occupants left it in ,and no towel. My experience of getting cheated was 100% now! My room rate included breakfast. But over the next 4 days, I never had breakfast even once. Guess why? Their breakfast starts from 0800 whereas I had to leave the hotel by 0700 every day. This info just doesn't exist anywhere on the booking page. The hotel shamelessly went ahead with collecting money for my couple of food bills with no feel of regret about their own callousness. My final verdict: a 10 - star negative rating, if I could give it. Better, blacklist this junk hotel from all booking sites. I will be working towards that.

Take this hotell out from Agoda's list”
The hotel was a total construction site and very dusty and noicy. The sheets were dirty and bathroom smelly. There was no breakfast buffet, only the room service, which was 1,5 hours late and they served only plain chapati and Coffee. After one night we changed to another hotel.

1. Furniture Broken, 2. No Room Service, 3. NO remote for AC 4. Dirty Linens & Bath Towels 5. Does not provide soap even after asking 6. Stains of blood in toilet seat does not clean even after several reminders 7. Disgusting Breakfast 8. Dirty room Floors & lobby 9. Arrogant, Does Not care type Reception Staff 10. No security 11. Smell of Urine all through out the hotel including rooms 12. Dimly lit rooms like some 'C' Grade rooms
