Best stay ever”
This was my first trip to pondicherry. This hotel is located 6.5km from white town, 1.2km from serenity beach which is the cleanest beach in Pondy. We were here during christmas long weekend. Stayed here for 3 nights and 3 days. We had a very good stay. We travelled from Bangalore. 1. Cleanliness - Room was sanitized by the time we checked-in. Very clean, very well maintained. Room, bathroom, bedding, towels were so so clean. They cleaned every day. Though we came back from beach and asked them to help with cleaning the bathroom no one denied. they were right there next minute. 2. Food - They offer complimentary breakfast. Its a Buffet breakfast with lots of varieties. Food is very very tasty. Even kids can eat easily. Not too spicy not bland also. Perfect. Always the food was served steaming hot. Lunch/dinner if ordered food was served at room 10mins before the time that we asked. As my kid didnt eat lunch anywhere else as it was too spicy, though we asked for food at odd hours they didnt deny providing it. 3. Hospitality - Staff are so well mannered and well behaved. Each and every person spoke to us so nicely irrespective of any request from our end is there or not. We observed this with every customer who came there. 3. Parking and 2 - wheeler rental There is plenty of 4 wheeler parking space available. Security is present in shifts to monitor. We wanted to hire a 2 wheeler instead of roaming around in our car. Staff did arrange for it instead of we looking for a vehicle outside. Overall this was no less than a 4/5 star hotel experience. At present, they don't have swimming pool. It is under construction. Soon it will be there for customers. It didn't matter to us much as the beach is right just there. There is no Bar here. Totally family and kid friendly hotel for stay.

Stayed with my wife and children for a night. Hotel is located in ECR just close to Auroville beach. Auroville is 15 mins drive. View from outside is nothing great to be specific. Facility is new and cleanliness is very good. Breakfast is good with spread from both North and South India. Room is equipped with centralised AC control by thermostat. Bathroom have individual Geysers. Rooms have all the essential toiletries including shaving, dental kits, combs etc. Bed is cozy. Overall a wonderful stay!

I went on a two day stay to Pondicherry alongwith a friend from Bombay. The location, appearance, reception and neatness of the White Pearl residency was excellent. The rooms very spacious, comfortable and fully loaded with all toilet items, clean towels etc. The hotel offers complimentary buffet breakfast which is really superb. The service and warmth shown by the staff really appreciable. A very neat and clean hotel in a affordable price for a decent stay.

Wonderful stay at Whitepearl Residency ”
This was our second time stay at whitepearl residency. As usual we enjoyed our stay peacefully, 1) Location is very near to major beaches Auroville beach & Serenity beach where you can enjoy sunrise & spend time on seashore 2) Very hygiene & properly disinfected washroom 3) Staffs are very humble & kind, Mrs.Jaymaler ma’am was too kind and took great care of us 4) We met owner of the Whitepearl Residency (Mrs.Devi) too kind and was ready to listen and help 5) Complimentary Breakfast was the highlight of the stay, delicious breakfast with lots of variety. Taste, hygiene & quality is well maintained 6) Reception desk & entire staffs are well trained & kind Hope to visit again whenever we plan Pondi without further searching for our stay

Rooms are spacious, good ventilation, Central AC, Bathrooms are maintained very well, good staff, good food(We had Egg Fried rice, Veg pulao, Biryani, Chicken 65). One best thing is we checked out early in the morning at 6 AM and requested bread toast, they prepared it. It's awesome. Little far from the main attractions but can be managed. Finally, excellent hotel to stay especially for the family.
