Large room and large bathroom, good linen and bed, pity there is no minifridge, as in the hotel compound there is a supermarket. Property very large with private houses too. Swimmingpool a bit far from hotel, right behind the supermarket. Considering the location, about 20 min walkjng, to area with best restos and malls to the west of the city, it is not pricy. Better to book room with breakfast, as it is somehow pricy if taken separately on a single morning, buffet indonesian style. Wifi good, tv with choice of channels, easy acess to rooms and park outside with larges portions of gardens all around. Not recommended for a long stay, the facility is dirty and has a bad smell. Staffs are not friendly. The water is not fresh and sometimes the plumbing is leaking. Bad experience, but the good thing it is cheap and close to the downtown

The location of this hotel so far from the city center of Surabaya, no sign can show the location to this hotel clearly. And the swimming pool facilities outside hotel but still in the hotel area. Perfect in west surabaya area for affordable price”
Its value for money is really great. I am a satisfied customer since its price really affordable for me. Whenever I am in my room, my phone signal is off, But the wifi connection is sucks. Staff in reception area was not know what is “babychair” or I guess she did not know if hotel have a babychair or not. That’s weird. Maybe there is no guest with baby before me.

got my booking room upgraded because the room i chose had already fulled. Overall the service is good,the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel should consider for the sanitary though because i found a cockroach in the basin,though it's not a major problem. The place is located rather far from the mall. So it's best to have a car around for convenience. For people who like tranquility, the place is quite and not crowded. still would recommend to stay next visit.😁

No doubt that all the staffs here are well trained and really friendly. They can bring you out of the hotel at night for you to find foods, without charge. Really appreciate that. Room was really tidy and clean. Very good facilities and I would recommend this hotel for those who seek for quiet and piece surrounding since this hotel is not located in the middle of town.
