"The hotel provides free pickup service, whenever you called them, no matter you were just arrived the bus station, or you went to hang out in the night. The staff are very friendly and helpful, always asked me if I had breakfast or dinner and told me they had food. The decorations of the rooms are very cute, and they are famous as 'pink small houses', many tourists come to take photos. The only problem is that it is a little far away from the city center, i.e. you can't go by foot. But their free pickup service can compensate this."

"Just what I needed to relax and de-stress after a hectic end of year at work. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The best part was the large terrace at the back of the room that overlooks rice fields and mountains in the distance. For me it was the perfect combination of peace and quiet and glorious views. The owner is friendly and relaxed. They provided me with transport in to town (less than 10 mins away) on the first day so I could rent a motorbike. They even gave me a pair of brand new flip flops to use the first day as I had forgotten to pack mine. The gardens are well-maintained and the staff are polite, friendly and discreet. This is a great place for someone to chill out and just hang out on the balcony. The owner understands the needs of those who like to chill and they just leave you be to enjoy your own time. It's located a few minutes away from town so probably not for those who do not have their own transport or do not want to rent a bike. Perfect for me. If I had to mention anything not 'perfect' then I would say the electric shower heater could be more efficient as I like to take really hot showers. That said though, I should add that I was there at the coldest time of year (coldest 'winter 's over 20 years) and if it were any other time of year then the temperature of the water would be more than adequate. Do not be put off by my shower comments if you are going any time other than the beginning of Jan. It really is a great place to relax and I will most certainly stay again. "
