"This area of the hotel may appeal to younger travelers--they provide beer, soda and snacks in the room, included in the exorbitant room charge. The room itself is in a converted warehouse, complete with original industrial floors that are preserved with epoxy. The decor is cold industrial, with a tiny utility sink that I found difficult to use to brush my teeth and wash my face. There was a nice TV and a hot, powerful shower and the amenities included a robe, slippers, a white noise machine and ear plugs. The white noise machine and ear plugs are necessary if other guests occupy rooms in this wing--I woke up to loud erotic moaning at 3:30 a.m. and the sound echoed throughout the entire warehouse. (If I had had children with me, they would have been frightened and I would have had to make up a good story about the noise.) When I mentioned my disturbing lack of sleep to the front desk clerk, she simply shrugged her shoulders."

"There were so many great bars and restaurants within walking distance of the Inn. The room itself was spacious and very nice. Being new to Chicago, we had no idea how loud the L train was, but the noise insulation in the place was good. We had no problems falling asleep each night. "
