A fantastic vacation hotel”
I was quite hesitant to book this initially because of the bad reviews. But to my surprise, what we experienced was the exact opposite. I booked 3 POOL view rooms. The hotel entrance lobby was grand . You can tell that it is an old hotel, but they maintained it really well. Hotel lobby was big, grandiose, very clean. A true resort feel. I loved the curvings in their big posts..We were welcomed by very friendly and accomodating staff at the lobby as well as the guards and bell boys who assisted us with our luggages . Rooms were so spacious. Smelled really good. Very clean. Beddings were very comfortable and smelled good and clean. We were lucky that the rooms we booked were all assigned next to each other. Restrooms so big as well. Pool was very big and clean, no molds. Going to the beach was just across the gate next to the pool, like 1 minute walk only. The beach has a restaurant with bar, overlooking the beach, giving a boracay feel. Beach was very clean. Wide beach front with fine , almost white sand. Restaurant served really good food. All in all, everything was perfect! Cons - they strictly count the number of persons per room. Only 2 adults allowed. You need to pay 1000 for extra adult and another 1000 for his bed . So that’s an additional 2000 per adult with extra bed and towels. Suggestion - repaint the pink outdoor walls with off white or beige to give an updated look. We love this hotel. We will come back!

My daughter and I did not expect much from our spontaneous quick getaway. We booked this hotel at 2pm and checked-in in the evening. Facilities: The place is not what you would expect from the outside, it has some vintage vibe inside, and it is really huge! The receiving area alone is mansion-like, and we learned that there are three restaurants in the place: Poolside, Beachfront, and a Sportsbar (with Karaoke, pool table, and Darts). It is so family friendly, you don’t have to worry about your kids getting bored if they no longer want to swim. Food: I would say the food is priced just right for its quantity and quality. Some guests might find it pricey, since it is very “Manila-priced”, but I believe the food is worth every penny. We ordered Filipino, Indian, American, and Australian dishes, all of which were excellent! Service: The staff was the highlight of this trip. I did not think twice when I felt like extending another night because the experience felt very homey. They were all very friendly and are very much willing to go above and beyond regular customer service. I could not stress how great everyone was. Gabz, Marco, Del, Jayson, Kent, Karl, Gerard, and Paulo were all awesome in taking care of us. Even the Island Tour with Kuya JP was so satisfying, he never got tired of explaining things and taking pictures of me and my daughter. Parking: The parking lot is humongous! You can probably fit a little more than 20 cars comfortably. In Subic hotels, i feel that there are only a few places that offer ample parking spaces. So this is great. We felt very much at home in this place, and we will definitely be back.

ONE THING WE LIKE ABOUT THE PLACE IS ITS ACCESSIBILITY FROM OTHER OTHER SERVICES LIKE GROCERY, MALL AND THE THE SUBIC BAY METROPOLITAN AUTHORITY WHEREIN YOU CAN DO MORE FUN ACTIVITIES. WE ALSO LOVE THE FACT THAT NIGHT SWIMMING AT THE BEACH IS ALLOWED, THE SECURITY GUARD IS VERY ACCOMMODATING AND WILL ASSIST YOU, MAKING SURE THAT YOU ENJOY THE PLACE. I started reading the Google reviews AFTER I booked this hotel (2 rooms, 4 people) I got very worried about the very negative reviews. But, as there was no cancelling this booking for this low price we decided to see for our-self. But WHAT a surprise it was to have booked this place. The reception was friendly, fast and without any fuss. The lobby looked a bit dated but it was clean and tidy. Then, with the lift to our floor (5) The lift is old and could use a bit of paint, but we didn't book a lift to sleep in, right? The rooms are very big, clean, tidy. Aircon was working fine, hot shower and toilet worked excellent. LOTS of HOT water! There were extra beach towels provided and service water. The bed was very large and very comfortable and so were the pillows. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a great meal in the restaurant that has a great variety of international and local dishes. Beer was served ice-cold. There was a live band playing, great music! I have NO idea where those negative reviews were based on, as we had an excellent stay here. Yes, the hotel is a little dated but what do you expect. For p.2500 you normally get nothing more then a cement box. This hotel beat our expectations and if we ever come back to Subic we will stay here again. Thank you all staff, you were wonderful!

It’s not bad at all”
Me and my husband stayed in WO for 19 days and were both satisfied. We think it’s old and updated ? yes, does it need renovation? yes. But u gotta look at the good side of it, not just because it’s old. So when me and my husband travel we have some box to check to be satisfied, me and my husband prefer a big comfy bed , which WO has , we like a quiet room specially at night when it’s rest time, WO is the perfect place we thought, it’s away from the main road and the noice of cars and people going back and forth being loud. Also they always clean our room good when we request a cleaning, staffs are nice and approachable, restaurant downstairs has good food too, they also give us free bottle water after they clean our room. Pool is nice and clean always 👌 One thing that I suggest is that please leave extra toilet paper so we don’t always ask for extra hehe
