Wimbledon hotels & accommodations
I booked this hotel for my brother and his wife. We sadly lost our Dad and he was in town for the funeral. The Manager and staff made their stay extremely comfortable and they showed great kindness and went to great lengths to make them happy. In fact they stayed an extra day because it was so welcoming! The food was fantastic on all occasions but especially the breakf...
Great cheap option 20-25 mins from Waterloo station (by train). The bed was comfy and the room + bathroom clean and fully ok. Has to be one of the best budget options in London. In central London this price won't get you more than a broom closet or a hostel bed (at best).
I've booked a room in this hotel for my family with Agoda. Few days before I've called the hotel to check my booking and a lady from reservations confirmed all details including that it was a pre paid booking. When they went to check in the receptionist asked them for the payment and they explained that I've paid in advance. After he just gave the keys to them without ...
Nice Hotel, good pice, best Location, only 3 minutes to the trainstation and tube. Disapponting that every extra service will charged, wifi 3 pounds, checkin ealiest 3pm, otherwise 10 pounds extra. Checkout 12am, otherwise 10 pounds extra :-( Rooms in good condition, unfortunately there were some long black hairs in the bathroom, on the towel and on the ground! Pleas...
Booked a 1 night stay for New Year's Eve so we could go to a friend's party nearby. Staff were friendly and professional throughout. Next day we missed check out time by some distance, but the reception staff we're very understanding and didn't charge us for an extra night. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, impressive decor and lovely touches like the bunny shaped bi...
My sister and I had an overnight stay in order to visit the Wimbledon Tennis Championships. The Hotel was just what we wanted, although as it was very hot the window was open all night and the traffic noise was quite loud. The facilities were very clean and tidy and the staff very helpful and courteous. If we are lucky enough to get future tickets we would stay at The ...
Close to tube with step free access, walking distance to Wimbledon tennis & self-catering.
boutiqe hotel. staff were super friendly. had a real english charm to it. if you want to venture out of busy london and go more suburban I would really recommend it. it is walking distance to many restaurants and pubs. we had a late flight so checked out at 2pm but they didnt charge us. we really enjoyed our stay.
I come to this hotel by chance without any knowledge of London's geography (probably I had make some filter during the search). It is at zone 4, which is not so close to city center. On the other hand, it appears to be a peace and quite place to stay, nevertheless it has a small business street and necessary facilities. Back to the hotel, the room was a bit old. I choo...
i enjoyed my stay here. bit far from central but i enjoyed wimbledon. there is a train route to central just stop at interchange Earls Court. i stayed in 2 kinds of room: club room and superior double room with balcony. club room is small but enough for solo traveler like me. superior double room is so nice and spacious, love it. there is a bar next to hotel and many r...
It is good for business trip or visiting near wimbledon. Clean and kind people welcoming you.
A really good hotel with a warm feel to it. Only issue was that the limitations on parking could have been clearer when booking.
Nice stay I will be back for sure when Im doing my next visit to wimbledon
I have known the Victoria for many years but have never stayed there. The staff were great but the room over priced for what you got. Yes OK it is London but none the less I do not expect cracked tiles in a bathroom when paying these prices. The room was small and the desk tiny so working using a laptop was a problem. Breakfast was good and was of continental variety. ...
